Pros: The location is excellent, with a nice terrace. All is in good shape and clean.
Cons: The roof is very low and there are windows only on one far end so it gets very stuffed; also, the airconditioning does not reach the other end of the apartment.

Great location, comfortable and very quiet - would stay again
Pros: Great location next to train station and within walking distance of city centre. Comfortable bed and apartment was very clean and well set up.
Cons: Apartment is a little dark as there is few windows & it took a while to get used to the slanted ceiling.

Pros: The apartment was really big and very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed in it. It had a beautiful terrace with a great view over the city, too. The staff was always nice and helpful, and they even let us check in hours earlier. The location is also great. There is a Lidl close to the apartment, and it was 3 minutes to the city.
Cons: It was really easy to hit your head, like in every loft alike apartment, but you just have to pay a bit more attention and be careful.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The terrace and the whole apartment was very nice and clean. It was close to everything
Pros: It was really pretty and well-equipped apartment! It was comfortable except for the fact, that we bumped our heads on the ceiling several times a day 😅

Nice stay
Pros: We could drop our baggage eraly, they gave us the keys a we could spend the day in the city withou worrying about bags. Apartment is nice, clean, spacious, comes with AC, tovels, kitchen and terrace.
Cons: The communication and instructions on check in/out could be better. Learn Italian or get data to use translator. The location is ok, near the station but the surrounding itself isn't the best I've stayed in.

Cozy flat next to the station
Pros: The flat is very close to the station, which makes it handy for those who arrive late or need to leave early in the morning. Everything was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable i slept on. Also, i really liked that the check-in was fully automated which makes things easier and faster

Large and comfortable apartment in good location
Pros: Very good sized apartment in a good location close to the station and within a short walk of the centre of Palermo. Not one but three balconies! Kitchen area spacious, great fridge and hob. Bed super comfy with extra pillows provided. It had a very good sized table which we really appreciated as we are the sort of people who take board games with us on holiday! Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher much appreciated. Host communicated with us via message when we were on our way and let us in remotely - very space-age, never encountered this before but it worked well.
Cons: Bathroom lets it down a bit - shower has to be held as bracket is too loose and it's difficult to get it to the right temperature. Toilet seat unstable. Also, unable to work the coffee machine which seemed to dispense coffee anywhere other than the cup.

Comfy apartment close to Ballaro market
Pros: Nice, spacious, comfy, spotless clean apartment. Close to the train and bus stations. A couple of minutes from Ballaro market where you can buy literally anything and eat cheap. Close to the city center (10 mins walk to Quattro Canti).
Cons: There were no coffee capsules for the coffee maker in the apartment. We found the beds a bit too soft.
