Natoli Apartments

Pros: It was exactly as we expected as per the photos and description of the apartment. Close to everything and really enjoyed being in the buzz of the city. The apartment was historical but restored to provide comfort and all amenities. We travelled with our 2 teenagers and they really enjoyed the space and cool quirks (ie. Street entry). Would definitely recommend. Giulia was really helpful and easy to reach - great host.

Very peaceful despite the apartment building being in very busy area Guilia our host was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and provide recommendations for places to eat. Overall a lovely stay ,we were beginning to feel like locals by the end of our stay. Guilia's recommended driver was very nice and helpful

Host Giulia was wonderful - very helpful and accomodating. Reponded to emails almost immediately, gave us good recommendations to restaurants, and even let us have the aprtment till the afternoon on the day of our departure.

Cons: The shower stall was quite small.

Attentive, professional host, great location, amazing stay

Pros: Location, two separate showers and bedrooms made it an excellent choice for staying with a friend. Our host provided us with tea, coffee, snacks which was a welcomed touch

Cons: Shower fitting are old and leaking but still do the job

Loved Palermo and Napoli apartments were perfect for a family getaway

Pros: The location was great and Giulia was extremely responsive when we requested a bathmat

Cons: The apartment desperately requires a handrail to go up and down the stairs - my sister fell down the stairs as there is nothing to hang onto . Thank goodness it was my sister and not my 91 year old father

Great place for a few days in Palermo

Pros: Lovely, comfortable studio apartment. Very close to the tourist area highlights such as the cathedral and the Norman Palace. Close to lots of places for shopping, eating and drinking.

Cons: The bathroom was clean and functional - but the shower cubicle is quite small.

Pros: We liked the location of the apartment, the cleanliness and the quick response of the host

Cons: I would have liked that the balcony faced the main street and not just an alleyway.

Our host, Giulia was so kind, responsive and generous with her time. She was interested to make sure that we were happy

Pros: Loved the location which was very central to restaurants, events and museums etc. Our apartment was generous in size and very very clean. Gaining access to the apartment was very easy and our host made it so simple. Our generous host left breakfast items, which were greatly appreciated.
