Beautiful palazzo
Pros: Perfect location for exploring Palermo, tucked away in a quiet street just off Vittorio Emanuele Street. Extremely comfortable apartment, great big bed, large rooms. Very helpful owner giving extra information on places to eat. The best patisserie is just 5 min away (Pasticceria Costa), perfect for breakfast or afternoon cake.
Cons: Shower wasn't great but that comes with these old buildings.

Pros: perfect location, the apartment is really beautiful, very good mattress
Cons: there was no information that the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, the second bedroom is on the mezzanine, so the apartment is rather good for one couple. the description and photos included a coffee machine, but in fact there was no device. there was some ground coffee available, not even milk or cream. the kitchen lacked spoons and at least one good knife

Great place to explore beautiful Palermo
Pros: Great location, spacious flat and really comfortable beds etc. restaurant recommendations were really helpful - we had a great stay!
Cons: Small things ; Only two wine glasses - ok because we were only two people but would be tricky for other guests Key code had changed so we could not get initially. We had to get new number - we had this problem in the afternoon and it was quickly resolved but would not have wanted same problem if we had arrived late

Perfect location, historic accommodation
Pros: Perfect location in the city center, within walking distance of the most important attractions. The atmosphere of the apartment itself provides a fantastic experience, you can be part of history for a few days.

Pros: The pillows were great the space was awesome and the location was amazing.
Cons: A few more cooking pots. And a drying rack for dishes.

Brilliant place to stay in central Palermo
Pros: Beautiful, unique place to stay. Perfect location. Great communication with the nice people who run the property. It’s a converted grand room of an old palazzo so is extremely spacious and lovely. Both bathrooms are luxurious, and the beds are large and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing - it was a brilliant place to stay in Palermo. A few things to note, just FYI: the kitchen, while pretty and very well-equipped, is fairly small so not ideal if you hope to use it to cook big complicated meals. But surely no one travels to Palermo, a city of incredible restaurants and street food, to cook big meals in the apartment, though! Also, keep in mind that one bedroom is in a loft within the main large open-plan space, while the other bedroom is behind a closed door, with its own bathroom. The bed upstairs is fairly close to the railing, so you’ll need to be careful about children going upstairs, climbing on the bed, and then potentially getting too close to the top of the railing.

The stay was in Palermo was great and will be back again to visit Palermo and Sicily
Pros: There was no breakfast but there were many restaurants in the area and the host was friendly and recommended quite different restaurants depending on what we felt like eating. The host was helpful in this regard and also advised us of which areas not to go to after certain times . The apartment was spacious and very close to many activities and shops. The apartment had ample coffee and biscuits the Nespresso machine was a treat. The bathroom and shower was clean and spacious and the general facilities were good.
Cons: We requested from the host a blanket and or duvet as only a sheet was provided but unfortunately we did not receive one. The host advised that the cleaner had apparently left one on the sofa but we did not find this.
