This was a great place to stay, perfect for visiting Palermo.

Pros: The location was perfect right next to Via Maqueda and easy walking to shops, cafes, and all the important places to visit. Flat was vey clean spacious, comfortable and very quiet which we really liked.

Cons: Slight inconvenience was all the steps to get into the apartment - but that probably made it very quiet!

All in all super pleasant stay, cozy and comfortable.

Pros: First of all the location was great, right in the center everything in waking distance. Even though it was so central the apartment was really quiet and the balcony was privat. It was clean and the air conditioning was working well also in terms of heating, the bathroom had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in and out of the property. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Cons: Just some little things, like oil and pepper missing in the kitchen which are really the basics for an apartment and the cleanness of the cutlery.

Great location and a very smart apartment. Made for a memorable stay in Palermo!

Pros: Excellent location and very clean modern apartment. So close to the main centre and historic cathedral and Teatro Massimo. The street markets and restaurants close by were amazing. Elisabetta was a very responsive market and host and we had all the info we needed.

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect for historic Palermo, close to the opera house.

Pros: Great location, lovely building, bedroom pretty and comfy with beautiful painted ceiling and cute terrace. Nice and quiet, but still right in the middle of things.

Cons: It would have been nice to have some bottled water in the fridge and some soap and shampoo.

The perfect place to stay in Palermo

Pros: The host was really lovely and helpful! She even left us tea, coffee, fruit and local treats. The apartment was clean, spacious and right next to the teatro Massimo. Everything was just perfect! We will definitely come back :)

Pros: Lokalizacja jest rzeczywiście jedna z najlepszych, przy głównej ulicy, ale cicho, bezpiecznie, w linii prostej blisko portu, jeśli ktoś jeszcze szuka i nigdy nie był w Palermo to naprawdę polecam tą okolice i lepie nie szukać nic „dalej” w Palermo na tym akurat lepie nie oszczędzać. Zdjęcia są akurat dokładkę pokrywające się z rzeczywistością więc dziwią mnie po pobycie że ktoś mógł napis komentarz wątpiący w to, również były podstawowe kosmetyki, wszystko co wymienione, dwa otwieracza do wina i parasol :) ( bo o tym chyba właściciel nie pisze a obecność takich drobiazgów była miła). Balkon nie duży i tylko może do ideału gdyby sąsiedzi ogarnęli trochę estetykę podwórka ale to typowo ja w Palermo

Pros: Super zentral. Küche ist funktionsfähig. Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Wohnung an sich sehr sauber.

Cons: Achtung: Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig und entweder auf der Straße für 1h pro Stunde oder in einem privat Parkhaus welches die Autos in Reihen parkt für 25€ pro 24h Hund kosten 20€ pro Nacht extra, nachdem ich nochmal nachgefragt habe, waren es nur noch 15€ pro Nacht. Es wurde direkt nach der Buchung gesagt. Problem die Buchung konnte ich nicht mehr stornieren. Daher finde ich es wichtig irgendwo vorher zu vermerken. Ingesamt haben wir für 4 Tage also 180€ mehr gezahlt. Weil die Angaben auf Booking für mich diese Preise nicht ersichtlich waren. Der Kanal von der Stadt riecht aus der Toilette raus. Sonst hatten wir diese Problem in Sizilien nicht. Es wurde mit sehr viel Chlor gereinigt, dass ist zwar dann sauber. Aber für manche Menschen ggf. Zu intensiv. Das Sofa steht so nah an dem Metalgestell der Treppe das man sich beim hinsetzen relativ einfach den Kopf anschlagen kann.
