Casa Riccio

Top hospitality

Pros: Definitely the highlight of the place is Anna’s hospitality. The place is as described in the pictures with everything that you need. The location is very central, really nice restaurants to try out around the area and easy to walk to the city center. Easy to arrive from the airport taking the train, then is an easy 5 min walk. The flat has an amazing terrace where you can enjoy the view of Palermo.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind!

Pros: Staying at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the terrace with a view of Palermo is a huge plus—the scenery is breathtaking ❤️ The location is also excellent: a bus stop nearby takes you to Mondello Beach, and the train station is within easy reach. The city center is just a 15–20 minute walk away. A special thanks to Anna, who gave us great recommendations on must-visit spots and was always helpful with any questions. She also prepared a delicious Sicilian breakfast—it was amazing! 🥰🥰 I highly recommend this apartment

Feels like home🩷

Pros: The best was Anna the host🩷 Beautiful terasse, perfectly equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Anna was the best host u could ever wish for,she brought us oranges from her garden, made homemade almond milk🩷was at our disposial for everything, thank you so much! Grazie mille cara Anna🩷

Highly recommend!

Pros: A wonderful, quiet hotel with beautiful views and a lovely host who went above and beyond to make our trip great. Would stay again :)

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Palermo.

Pros: Excellent value, a nicely located apartment with an amazing view of Palermo. The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Anna was wonderfull. Even when we woke her at midnight because of our own stupidity, she stayed friendly and helped us. She gave us good tips about what to see and to do. She surprised us with cookies and fruit at arrival and during our stay we got coffee and something to snack in.the morning.

Great stay :)

Pros: It is a large apartment with rooms for rent. The residents do not disturb each other because the common areas are very spacious. Large and well-equipped kitchen. Probably the best view from the large terrace of the whole of Palermo. Ideal for relaxing in the evening and welcoming the day with breakfast on the terrace! The hosts are very hospitable and very helpful. They waited for me with the key and all the instructions. The building is not far from the train stop going from the airport. From the building you can walk to the strict center in a few minutes. On the ground floor there is a cafeteria, around the corner a grocery store and in the area many bars, restaurants and two bakeries. I will definitely come back for another stay in Palermo.

Cons: None

Very good experience with a fantastic host who made us feel welcome and at home.

Pros: Beautiful view and cozy atmosphere. Very attentive personable host. She brought us enough food to have a free breakfast with coffee every morning.

Cons: The location is good, but not perfect. One of the elevators is a bit old (there is another, more modern one), the bathroom is a bit cramped.

Perfect for a city get-away!

Pros: Anna was the friendliest host! She gave us lots of sightseeing tips and provided us with a map of the city, even though we were only in Palermo for 2 nights. The terrace is definitely the biggest plus. The apartment is on the 10th floor, so it's very windy up there. This was a perfect way to cool down on hot summer days.

Pros: Best B&B in 4 weeks traveling through Italy. Anna & Ugo have been overwhelming. Information about Palermo getting nice little snacks and coffee. The view from the terasse 10 floor just beautiful. parking the motorbike around the corner now problem. All most important view points from palermo you can do by foot. It just like being part of family.
