Stay was comfortable & location was convenient.

Pros: The apartment was very clean.Host Fabio was very helpful. Attended to our queries very promptly.

Cons: There was no living room. Dining space was small for group of 10 persons.

Feels Like Home in Sicily

Pros: This apartment is a key to the heart of Palermo. A perfect space – especially if you’re traveling with a group. Two sun-drenched terraces, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a design so tasteful Wes Anderson would feel right at home. The place is comfortable, functional, and well-equipped. The location is spot on – central, close to everything, with a bus stop right outside. And just downstairs: a great restaurant and fantastic taglia pizza to go. And behind it all is Fabio – a host with the soul of a friend. He welcomes you with a smile and everything you need to feel at home the moment you arrive: coffee, water, something sweet, and a bottle of local wine. The perfect starter pack for diving into the magic of Palermo. One of our best bookings ever. PS: Fabio – we’re coming back. For sure.

Pros: Bardzo pomocny właściciel obiektu- nas było aż 13 osóɓ i pomagał nam rezerwować miejsce w restauracji. Winda w obiekcie (fakt tylko 2 osobowa ale jest). Bardzo czysto i wszystko jest w apartamencie łącznie i winkiem i coastem na powitanie. Z amartamentu idzie się 20 minut spacerkiem do centrum (teatr Massimo)

Miły, spokojny, wygodny pobyt.

Pros: Apartament jest bardzo funkcjonalny - posiada 4 niezależne sypialnie, co zapewnia prywatność oraz 2 łazienki i dodatkową toaletę, co przy większej liczbie osób jest ogromnym atutem. Każdy pokój ma inną, ciekawą aranżację. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona. W pobliżu kwatery znajduje się dobrze zaopatrzony market. Do centrum miasta można dotrzeć pieszo w ok. 30 min., a do dworca centralnego w 40 min. Kursują także autobusy miejskie. Mieszkanie znajduje się bezpośrednio przy ruchliwej ulicy, więc słychać ruch kołowy. Poza tymi drobiazgami pobyt był bardzo udany.

Cons: Sugestia dla gospodarza: warto byłoby rozważyć wymianę ekspresu do kawy, który się zacina oraz czajnika bezprzewodowego, ponieważ woda z niego ma posmak plastiku.

Spacious apartment and great for groups.

Pros: Fabio was a brilliant host and was very responsive. Apartment is great for groups and couples. Very spacious and fit all of our needs. About a 30 minutes walk into the Centre, but lots of nice bakeries around. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.
