I have always wanted to go to Sicily and our two week stay was great. Our host was very helpful.
Pros: The location was excellent with good public transport close by.
Cons: Kitchen needed a bit of work.

Best Value for money!
Pros: The area is awesome close to everything, quiet and safe. Even a bus station is at the front. 10min walk to main train. The 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms are perfectly comfortable especially the beds!!! The terrace is a dream.. All good equipped and has a washer! Host is super nice and lovely! Thanks for all the tips and things u did for us!

Pros: A nice family appartment with seperate bedrooms in a good location near the city centre. Within 10 minutes walk from the central area of activities. Nice spacious roof terrace. The owner responded quickly to our requests during the stay. Also we had a very late delayed check in after midnight, which was no issue at all.
Cons: In general the appartment and its facilities could use a refresh, restoration. Also the showerhead keeps dropping. Than again, the value for money was good and fair. I would advice to go here when the expectations are in balance.

Pros: My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks while working remotely in Palermo. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The WiFi was very fast and the 2 AC units worked great. Antonio was a kind and thoughtful host who went out of his way to accommodate us. The washing machine broke while we were there and he immediately sent someone to fix it, he brought us clean linens halfway through our stay and even gave us a ride to the beach. Thanks for everything, Antonio!

Authentic apartment in the heart of Palermo
Pros: Cozy and authentic apartment at the heart of Palermo. Comfortable beds, good wifi, very nice terrace to sip morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The host Antonio is very amicable, helpful and easy to communicate with. Location close to the bus stops, a well-equipped supermarket and the promenade at the sea side.
Cons: The only thing I missed was the ironing board to iron clothes properly. But it''s an extra and I am not a typical tourist so this is just a friendly tip :)

Pros: Прекрасное расположение. До центра - прогулочным шагом, по красивым улочкам- 10 минут. Квартира аутентичная, и это прям вааау! Мы жили, как настоящие сицилийцы! Прекрасный патио, с роскошными деревьями( кстати, так много зелени было только на нашем патио;) Антонио прекрасный хозяин! Встретил нас, дал самые подробные рекомендации по выбору кафе-ресторанов/завтраков-обедов, рассказал что посмотреть, куда съездить, на чем добраться, а куда и во сколько лучше не ходить 🤣🤣🤣 Приятным и трогательным бонусом был презент от Антонио - самые вкусные канноли в Палермо! В следующем году приедем в Палермо на более долгий срок ( просто влюбились в город и сицилийцев!) - жить только к Антонио!
Cons: Стройка по соседству( начинают работу уже с 7 утра) и ремонтные работы парковой зоны вдоль набережной. Но это не омрачило наш настрой, мы получали удовольствие от каждого мгновения! Даже кран над нашими головами, во время завтрака- что-то в этом было 😜

Charmante Stadtwohnung mit ruhiger Dachterrasse
Pros: Antonio hat uns herzlich mit Gebäck und Mineralwasser empfangen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung und das gesamte Haus sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem wunderschön. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Super WLAN.
Cons: Die Kücheneinrichtung hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat gequitscht, dafür war das Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich.
