Best Choice if you are in Palermo.

Pros: Super appartmant in walking distance from theevery important highlights in Palermo. The owner of the property welcome you on the tipical wäre Italien was. The property is with taste and praticalities equipped. The Ambiente is tastefull everywherr. The size is brutal big with kitchen, bathroom and 3 further rooms. Quite area, we had a very good sleep.i can strongly recommend to everyone.

Cons: There was about nothing but really NOTHING to complain.

Great Location in Palermo

Pros: The location was great and in the middle of the old town. The partners that own the apartment are superb to deal with and exceptionally professional.

Pros: The property is in the old city and close to many good restaurants and the station. The bedroom is large and well fitted out. The kitchen has all the amenities one could need. The outstanding feature however is the helpfulness of hosts, Salvo and Francesco. My wife had an accident that ended up needing stitching at the A&E of a local hospital. Not only did Salvo take us there on a Sunday evening, he waited around for an outcome! They recommended and arranged boat trips and tours for us, pointed us to excellent restaurants and more. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is only a part of the experience of staying in an owner operated unit, the attention to detail and guidance and assistance is very important. I would highly recommend Briogna for a couple and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Cons: The interior design is not great and the shower is very small (but usable).

A lovely stay that made our visit to Palermo very comfortable.

Pros: The location is very central, just off enough from a very busy street, so the noise isn’t a problem at night. The flat is very nicely decorated and provides everything needed for a great short stay in Palermo and the host Salvo was very accessible and friendly. We appreciated all the little details that were clearly thought out and made our stay very special, thank you!

Cons: While the bathroom is spacious, clean and we appreciated the art in there a lot, the shower was a bit too small for comfort. The flat also got very cold during our winter stay, and the air heater takes a while to heat the place up - a problem that I assume wouldn’t come up at all in stays during the rest of the year.

Pros: property central to everything. Great area to UNESCO sites/meeting places for walking tours. Felt safe as a single traveller.Plus also as kitchen has all facilities plus washing machine.

Cons: Had some difficulty with the security gate key. However able to contact host who provided support. Location was a little noisy, but to be fair, some building works near by, plus local people obviously returning late from work at night were noisy.

Pros: ideally situated in small street minutes away from the historic centre this is a quirky property but well provisioned,clean and comfortable. The host was so helpful and we really appreciated the welcoming touches such as the gift of a local bottle of wine, some chocolate and jam and good local information tips. The bed was comfortable and the property is perfect for two . All queries were responded to very promptly and we would gladly stay here again.

Cons: Nothing to strongly dislike really. We had a small hiccup on the morning of departure when there was no hot water for the shower although we were not sure whether the boiler was malfunctioning or whether we had accidentally turned something off. A better microwave would have been helpful . Bigger mugs for Tea drinkers also would be great .A kettle would be welcome so that you do not have to boil water in a pot.There is brilliant provision for coffee drinkers though with coffee machine and supply of pods. There is a little bit of noise in the morning and evening as the property is in the heart of the old town and is on the ground floor. This did not bother us but we visited at Easter and not at the height of the Summer where I imagine it could be noisier.

Pros: Appartamento comodo, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Host disponibile che ci ha dato indicazioni utili. Nonostante sia stata una visita organizzata last minute, il soggiorno è stato davvero sereno.

Eine super Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt im Centro Storico von Palermo

Pros: Eine tolle Wohnung im Herzen von Palermo. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert und hat allerhand zu bieten.

Cons: Nicht geeignet für Reisende mit viel Gepäck. Das Auto kann gegen Entgelt in einem privaten Parkhaus in der Nähe abgestellt werden. Aber das Gepäck muss zur Wohnung getragen werden.

Pros: La gentillesse de l hôte, la facilité d accès et la situation géographique de l appartement, top pour un séjour en famille pour être près de tous les sites à visiter. Le truc en plus de cet appartement: si besoin, on peut déposer nos bagages non loin de l appartement après avoir rendu les clefs

Cons: Ca pourrait être sympa d avoir de la lessive pour utiliser la machine à laver le linge et des serviettes de plage
