A little gem

Pros: The most important thing for me was that the house was SUPER CLEAN. Everything was spotless and the house perfume created a warm environment immediately. Visually speaking, the house was very pleasing. The colours and little decorative items made the house very comfortable. The house is very close to the university campus for those who need to go there. The owner of the house was very very helpful, always ready to help, always available. This made me feel at home instantly. I wish I could give you more than 10! I will absolutely go back every time I'm in Palermo!

Pros: Property was clean and well prepared for the guests. Kitchen was fully equipped with a breakfast option. Both living room and bedroom had air conditioner and the windows were possible to be opened. The owner was super kind and gave advices on where to go and what to see.

Pros: Amazing property, the owner was incredible, was always communicating with us in case we needed anything, and gave us great tips for sights and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything you can need. There was also small snacks provided, and a supermarket and pastry shop are nearby.

Great stay

Pros: We have everything we need in the apartment and get the whole space on our own at a reasonable price. The apartment is also very clean and well equipped, we appreciate it. The host provided good instructions and is very attentive. We loved the stay here! Also the apartment is not far away from the city center ( 15-20 mins walk ). There are also a bakery, a bar, a pizzeria and a pharmacy and other shops nearby. It’s pretty convenient to get anything you need.

Cons: The apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street, so we can’t always leave the windows wide open for security & privacy reasons. But this is not really an inconvenience, just a remark for other travelers.

Pros: La posizione è perfetta per andare a lavorare all'università, comoda rispetto alla stazione di Palermo Orleans ed anche il centro e la stazione centrale sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ci sono alcune ottime gastronomie nei dintorni.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in tre colleghe per un viaggio di lavoro e ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e premuroso che tutto fosse a posto. La posizione è ottima, soprattutto per chi deve raggiungere l’università. Alloggio super consigliato!
