A comfortable, well located property from which to explore the centre of Palermo

Pros: The apartment was very well located. Central and close to all the main sights in the old city centre yet set back in a quiet street and private courtyard. It was very comfortable for three people and equipped with everything we needed. The offer of a transfer from airport to property was very welcome as we arrived pretty late.

Pros: Muy céntrico, al lado y cerca de todo y Roberto fue muy amable

Cons: A pesar de que las ventanas eran de doble cristal se escuchaba bastante ruido y en la casa, no hay dos habitaciones. La segunda cama está en la entrada, por lo que si entráis y salís molestas al de esa cama

Gran confort en gran ubicación

Pros: Departamento muy confortable, muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Cuenta con ascensor, televisor en ambos dormitorios y en el living-comedor. Tiene kitchenette, heladera, pava eléctrica, cafetera, microondas, vajilla muy completa. Buena calefacción. Excelente ubicación, a 30 metros de Via Vittorio Emanuele y de Via Roma. Y a 200 metros de Quattro Canti y de Via Maqueda. Excelente atención del propietario, Sr. Roberto, quien nos permitió ingresar al departamento antes del horario del check-in y nos permitió hacer el check-out una hora más tarde de lo establecido. Además, por pedido nuestro, nos llevó en su auto hasta el Aeropuerto el día de nuestra partida.

Cons: Todo estuvo perfecto. Nos hospedamos durante 6 días y no encontramos ninguna falla.

Im Zentrum des Zentrums - perfekt !

Pros: Tolle Unterkunft! Meine Freundin und ich waren zu zweit und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es könnten aber auch problemlos 3-4 Personen dort wohnen. Es war alles in der 3 Zimmer Wohnung vorhanden - Geschirr, Töpfe, Putzmittel, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, gute Kaffeemaschine (inkl. ausreichend Kaffeepads!) bishin zu Gesellschaftsspielen. Der Vermieter Roberto ist ein Schatz! Er hat für uns auch den Hin-und Rücktransfer zum Flughafen übernommen. Mille Grazie Roberto!

Cons: Das Haus ist mehr als hellhörig. Am Morgen konnte man dem Nachbarn beim Rasieren zuhören....
