Pothos House

Pros: Amazing place! Right in the heart of the city, didn’t find it noisy at all - when you shut the windows you can’t hear anything. Loved it, excellent facilities, immaculately clean, really lovely flat with a lot of care and love put into it.

Great stay, happily return and I’d highly recommend it

Pros: Lovely apartment, well equipped, fantastic location in the centre of everything, host was friendly and helpful with great recommendations. Area is bustling and lively but once you shut the windows you shut it out. Whole building felt well maintained. We visited the Norman palace and chapel, churches and cathedrals. Also I’d highly recommend the ceramic museum, it is a wonder and the nearby botanic gardens. All short walks from the apartment.

Cons: Only downside which we were aware of in advance is the stairs but he kindly helped us up with our bags - you wouldn’t want to bring a very heavy suitcase. That would not, however, put me off booking again.

Perfect spot to enjoy your stay in Palermo!

Pros: Pothos House is a beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment, ideally located just a short walk from Palermo’s city centre. From here, it’s easy to explore the main attractions on foot. Communication with the host was clear and very helpful, offering great advice for our stay. The apartment is located at the third floor with no lift, though i was informed about that that was not problematic at all. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Pros: Arrived by train so good location to walk to and central for sightseeing in Palermo. Good to be in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Convienient and clean a good option for your stay.

Pros: Super clean and all the amenities you could ask for. Close to the water front. Close to markets and many restaurants. Self check in was really helpful.

Cons: It’s a really touristy area and felt less authentic than other parts of Palermo. The steep stairs were tricky at times but we knew this from other reviews. Nightclub music loud at 22pm but you can reduce this with the window shutters.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Palermo

Pros: The apartment is tastefully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped, offering everything one might need for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean, ideally located, and the host was outstanding—attentive, responsive, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation.

Cons: The apartment is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator, which may be a consideration for some; however, it poses no issue for younger individuals. While the windows and exterior walls provide effective insulation against outside noise, internal soundproofing is limited. Noise from neighbours and the staircase is clearly audible, particularly in the mornings, which can be annoying.

Cons: It is a lively spot in the evenings so it can be very noisy. Ok if you want to be in the centre of the action tho.

Excellent!

Pros: The Wifi was amazing for digital nomads. The place was perfectly located and had lots of space for a big group. The bathroom facilities were great and the fridge and kitchen were excellently equipped.

Cons: The only negative point is that it is one block away from the fish market. At night, it becomes quite noisy, so you should be ready for having a party close by.

Pros: Very clean, nice, spacious, well-equipped apartment! Nice and helpful host :) I can highly recommend this place!
