Great location

Pros: Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, near pedestrian area, restaurants and bars. Communication with host was great, he gave us clear instructions and recommendations. Bathroom is new and clean.

Cons: The apartment is combination of old and new - room is a bit outdated, but bathroom is new. But, it was just overnight short stay, so we had no complaints.

Perfect location for visiting beautiful Palermo.

Pros: The location is fantastic. It’s right in the centre of Palermo. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Both rooms we used had lovely balconies. The communication, help and advice from David was exceptional. He helped us with car parking, with the ZTL and gave us a fabulous itinerary to follow. He was so kind to let us store our luggage after we had checked out. We had a lovely stay here.

Cons: I thought the ‘kitchen’ would have more to it - it is literally just a fridge and coffee maker. There’s no crockery, cutlery, kettle etc. (Us Brits love our cups of tea!) To be fair, though, the description on Booking.com is not inaccurate. And, the cafes and restaurants right outside are great and not too expensive.

Great location, very big room, great value for money

Pros: Location was fantastic, located on a street of restaurants, bars and cafes. Bar below does 2€ beers and 5€ Aperol. Walking distance to the train station and the airport bus drop off stop is about a 2 minute walk. Clothes line was very handy to hang clothes. Communication from David was fantastic, he provided the information about the airport bus, clear instructions on how to get in and recommendations for the area. Whenever we contacted him he replied instantly and we ended up extending our stay two nights . Thank you

Cons: The ceiling of the steps inside the apartment is quiet low, my husband hit his head, maybe a sticker stuck on it would be handy

Great place to Crash on the heart of the city with everything u need, and a lovely city view from balcony! 🙌🏼

Pros: Good position right in the hearth of the palermo city, short walking distance to anywhere. You can hear the noices of the lively city but very quietly it creates the big city atmosphere. Also the nice host told us tips what to see in the city nearby and where to eat. Easy to communicate and fast respond!

Cons: Its a mix of something old and something new, so if youre not cpnfprtable with like bit of retro mixed with modern bathrooms then u might have Problem, to us it Was fine. :)
