Great place to stay!

Pros: Individual rooms for a big group its a commodity. We love it! Also air conditioning in every room was perfect for the hot weather in palermo.

Pros: A very friendly welcome from Alexander and Esther. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they left a generous selection of food, tea, coffee etc

Cons: The neighbours above were very noisy at times but that wasn't anything that Alexander could really do about that.

Spacious and well spec’d apartment and an excellent host!

Pros: The property is located very centrally. The cathedral, via Maqueda, Quattro Canti all the key spots were 5-7 minutes walking distance. Aleksander and Ester were very friendly. We got to Palermo late at night, they made sure to welcome us and made a reservation for us at an excellent restaurant. The apartment was cleaned daily and the coffee etc replenished. Aleksander was very helpful in recommending places to us. He also made sure we were looked after during the peak heat and was available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata super carina e disponibile l appartamento molto spazioso e ottima posizione

Cons: Abbiamo auto un problema con l acqua ..eravamo in 10 ma solo 3 di noi sono riusciti a fare una doccia calda(senza lavare i capelli) xche poi l acqua era finita e le tazze a disposizione erano solo 3

Sylwester w Palermo!

Pros: Mieszkaliśmy w wydzielonej części mieszkania - 3 sypialnie i 3 łazienki. Pokoje były duże, ciepłe (ważne zimą!) i wygodnie urządzone. Jedn z nich miał kącik wypoczynkowy, a drugi - mini-kuchenke. Przy wejściu do mieszkania był ekspres, czajnik, kawa, herbata, woda, mleko, ciasteczka. Zabrakło nam w tym miejscu zlewu... Lokalizacja apartamentu jest super pod wzgledem komunikacji, zwiedzania i wygody życia. W poblizu jest Lidl, mniejsze sklepiki i bary oraz restauracje. Bardzo miła obsługa, szybko reagowała na nasze pytania i problemy. Dziekujemy! Ps. Polecam cale.mieszkanie dla sporej grupy osob, ogólem jest w nim 5 sypialni i 4 łazienki.

Cons: Mieliśmy lekkie przecieki hydrauliczne w łazienkach :(

Centralissima !!

Pros: Mi è piaciuta l ospitalità, che non è solo una caratteristica degli italiani ma ho scoperto anche degli austriaci( proprietario) e dei suoi amici dog. Struttura centralissima e un enorme appartamento con 4 stanze ognuna con il suo bagno. Noi avendo riservato 3 stanze avevamo l appartamento solo per noi. Letti comodissimi bei bagni.a disposizione caffè te e succhi...

Cons: Si poteva fare di più nella scelta delle asciugamani da doccia non asciugavano e lenzuoli proprio economiche e non stirati . darei un attenzione in più nelle pulizie.
