A nice place to stay

Pros: The flat was a great size and in a very good location. The building was very atmospheric with a lot of character. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

Highly recommend Palermo and SPYDA.

Pros: Great property located in close proximity to the heart of Palermo. Really spacious inside and well setup for groups or families. The host was so helpful, always on hand to provide recommendations on where to eat or what to see.

Amazing

Pros: Property was super spacious for a group of 6, everything was clean, it was convenient to have the 2 bathrooms. Christo was super lovely and helpful! Location was great also.

I would recommend this accomodation to a group or family wanting to stay in central Palermo.

Pros: Great location, comfortable rooms, very helpful owner with good communication. Lots of coffee for our use on arrival. High ceilings lots of space.

Cons: One of the showers was blocked but on telling the owner he said he would unblock it which I believe he did after we left.

Pros: very good location!! close to historic town and many remarkable places and restaurants. You can walk to places as needed. Big avenue ehich is actually quite busy but feels safe to come back home at night. the bedrooms very big and spacious. good wifi! even you are on top of avenue you dint hear much noise as double glass in the windows. it's great to have 2 bathrooms. Many details taken care of. Water bottles available, coffee machine etc.

Cons: The kitchen/common area is quite small; but ir wasnt a problem for us since we did not plan to eat there.

The host was amazing and really helpful. I’m sure I’ll be back 🙏🏼

Pros: The host, Cristian could not have been more helpful and informative. He greeted us at the door and provided heaps of info about the accommodation and the recommendations for food and sights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I'd highly recommend.

Real decent

Pros: Location is amazing, right in the main street, close to both - old town and station. Host was very helpful. View from the balcony is great.

Cons: Water boiler was very loud, we had to manually turn it of for night. Heating was broken on a few rooms, so they were a bit cold.

Big house, excellent location and nice owner

Pros: It’s a massive high ceiling house, has air-con and central heating, nice kitchen, and massive beds. Very good location for eating, sightseeing and bus/airport shuttle stops. The owner Christian is very friendly and professional, meeting us at the property to ensure we understand everything in the house, recommended important sights to visit, and several restaurants - well, we tried all and loved the dishes. Thank you very much, Christian! If we go back, we will choose this again!
