I know that when I go to Palermo again, I will want to stay in this apartment.

Pros: It was a perfect place. Close to all attractions, but quiet. Salvatore and Sylvia were such a perfect hosts. And the apartement is very well equipped. Dinner on the balcony overlooking the courtyard of the former monastery was a real pleasure.

Pros: The apartment is huge and super clean. The location is fantastic! Also you have great contact with the host so your trip is perfectly secured. It was my 2nd time in this paratment!

Pros: Casa Magoo is situated in the heart of the Old Town, with close access to the main attractions of Palermo and 20 mins to the Railway and Bus Stations Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. All is clean Easy contact with the owner

Cons: The bathroom is clean but not modern. There are really steep steps leading to the flat.

Home Away from Home

Pros: Salvo and Sylvie have created a home away from home. Everything is provided to cook in if you want. There is also a washing machine which is great. The apartment was spacious , spotless and very comfortable. Salvo gave lots of suggestions on places to visit. He was absolutely wonderful on the night I arrived, the shared taxi from the airport (€8) dropped me near the house . It was 9.30pm I had been travelling for 14hrs...of course I got lost. Salvo arrived in his car to collect me. As a solo female traveller, over 65+ roaming a new place at night is not my comfort zone so his generosity was very appreciated. The apartment is central to all the important sites and more. The colourful street is a treat! Just roam it is wonderful.

Cons: Nothing to fault. Sant Augustino''s bells may bother some but I loved them. Quintessential Italy.

Pros: Fantastic location in the center of historic Palermo. Great well equipped kitchen. Lovely balconies to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. The owners gave great information about the area and were very welcoming and helpful.

Pros: - lokalizacja - przyjemne balkony z fajnym widokiem - w apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzeba (włączając ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, wybór różnych herbat, przyprawy) - dużo sprzętów kuchennych typu piekarnik, duża lodówka z zamrażarką itp. - bardzo pomocny właściciel, który pomaga we wszystkim co potrzeba (przez whatsApp)

Cons: dla nas nie było z tym problemu, ale dla osób ze słabą kondycją lub z dużymi, ciężkimi walizkami może być ciężko z wyjściem po stromych schodach na 3-cie piętro
