Pros: Very spacious apartment, with plenty of facilities and very convenient for the major sites. We made a lot of use of the local restaurants and shops for eating in the apartment. This will be a very desirable place in the near future once the urban development program is completed. If you are without mobility issues, I’d recommend looking into this accommodation. The owner is very attentive and available.

Palermo zimą
Pros: Mieszkanie było bardzo przestronne i komfortowe. Dwie sypialnie (bardzo wygodne, twarde materace, wybór poduszek, dodatkowy koc), dwie łazienki (kosmetyki, dużo ręczników), duży salon z rozkładaną wygodną sofą, stół z krzesłami, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem, w tym kawa do ekspresu, tabletki do zmywarki, niczego absolutnie nie brakowało. Bardzo miły taras, gdzie codziennie piliśmy kawę łapiąc promienie słońca. Przywitał nas Gabriele, który przekazał klucze, oprowadził po mieszkaniu tłumacząc wszystko. Dostaliśmy też od Niego mnóstwo informacji i polecanych miejsc. Cały czas był dostępny telefonicznie, a kiedy pojawił się drobny problem z ciśnieniem wody, Gabriele rozwiązał go szybko. Bardzo dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy! Położenie mieszkania też jest bardzo dobre, w samym centrum, ale w cichej uliczce.

Appartement grand, propre et bien placé
Pros: L'appartement est grand et propre, au calme. Très bien situé (via maqueda toute proche). L'hôte est réactif et nous a réceptionné à l'appartement. Petites supérettes dans la rue et de nombreux restaurants autour.
Cons: Rien de vraiment rhédibitoire mais il faut savoir que l'immeuble est en cours de rénovation, ça peut surprendre.

Agréable séjour avec tout à proximité et appartement parfaitement insonorisé.
Pros: La grandeur de l’appartement (2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, grand séjour). La localisation (centre ville).

Séjour parfait dans un bel appartement
Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Civico 61. Notre hôte s'est montré très sympathique, courtois, disponible et arrangeant à notre arrivée comme à notre départ et s'est soucié que tout se passe bien pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, refait à neuf, très bien équippé avec l'air conditionné (plus que bienvenu en été), joliment décoré, propre et calme bien que dans un quartier animé. Les matelas sont de très bonne qualité. Le logement est bien centré et nous avons pu faire toutes les visites à pied et nos courses au marché du Capo tout proche. Nous le recommandons sans aucune réserve.

Two great days at Civico 61!
Pros: This is a super spot for two couples. Two very nice bedrooms with excellent bathrooms . Washing machine was a big plus! Good location. This is a newly renovated facility in an old building and it is very well done. Big living room. Also a large kitchen and an outdoor terrace. Can’t ask for much more!

Pros: Accoglienza super, ragazzo cortese dall’inizio alla fine e appartamento pulitissimo. Sono molto contento della mia prenotazione, posizione perfetta per muoversi a Palermo in vacanza!

Pros: L’appartamento è situato vicinissimo a via Maqueda (a soli 200 m di distanza) in un vicolo sempre vivo e movimentato sia di mattina che di sera. Zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Proprio accanto al portone del palazzo vi è un market aperto fino a sera tarda. La posizione è ottima per muoversi a piedi per Palermo e visitare il centro. C’è disponibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni. La struttura è nuova, molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci sono due camere da letto, due bagni e una cucina attrezzata. Nel soggiorno vi è un divano letto. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in 6 e siamo stati comodissimi. Gabriele è molto attento alle necessità e sempre disponibile. Siamo arrivati alle 22 e ci ha accolto di persona. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura e se dovessimo ritornare ritorneremo sicuramente qui.
Cons: Unica nota negativa è forse il palazzo che è un po’ datato
