Mi Tierra Luxury Apartments

Excellent place

Pros: The host met us and gave us the keys also gave us a tour of the apartment. What a gentleman he is.

Cons: All is good and beautiful. Very close to town

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment is really luxurious, spacious and it has all you need! The location is also pefect,20min walk from the cathedral and 5min walk from the train station Lolli. The owner is also friendly and always ready to help, even in leaving the luggage before check in and after the check out!

Perfect home away from home

Pros: The location was excellent, the apartment was a decent size and it was a close walk to the supermarket ans train station and the main city area. We had the best time here. Felt like home

Perfect apartment in great neighborhood

Pros: Great area to stay, a calm place to get away from the nearby historic centre. The area has some very nice bars and restaurants that have a local feeling. Very clean, big and practial apartment with all amenities including washing machine. Help just a whatsapp message away if need be. The guy we had contact with seemed to live nearby and spoke and wrote perfect english. When traveling we like to stay close to sights but preferably 10-15 minutes away in a regular neighborhood. This was a great option.

Cons: Nothing. When we arrived late at night the street felt a little bit worn down, but first impressions were very decieving. The street, the area and the city as a whole felt very safe at all times day and night. The area where the apartment is located felt like a calm middle-class neighborhood. So don´t hesitate to book outside of the historic centre. If we would go back, we would stay in the same part of town.

Wonderful accommodation for rent

Pros: Very clean, spacious apartments. We rented them for two weeks and we had everything we needed for a long stay. 10 minutes walk to attractions, shops, market, restaurants all nearby. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful in solving any questions. We definitely recommend these apartments for rent.

Cons: No problem was observed.

Pros: - great location - spacious apartment - very comfortable

Cons: - soap dispenser was empty - occasional sewage smell

Pros: lovely flat, not too far from the centre ( 10-15 minutes walk) grocery shop close by, we enjoyed our stay

Pros: The host Giuseppe was super courteous & friendly. He came over to meet us and hand over the key, explained everything in the apartment and was very accommodating of all our requests. The apartment itself is a very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with a nice living room, kitchen and balcony in the living room. It is in a quiet and peaceful lane. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed and pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also had a washing machine, oven and other amenities. We would definitely like to stay at Mi Tierra apartment if we travel to Palermo again

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Everything was perfect especially very clean. They have better amenities than hotels. There was also a kitchen, which was so convenient and organized. The location was great that I was able to come out and see the sights safely even at night. What was even better was that the lolli train station and Teatro Massimo were within minutes. They also kindly explained everything in detail, helped us check in, and communicated right away with each other, so we stayed without any problems. If we go again I would like to stay the Mi Terra Luxury. Another thing that was even better was that there was an elevator and washing machine here.
