Lovely stay – clean, cozy and welcoming!

Pros: Wonderful hosts! They even recorded a short video showing exactly where the apartment is, which made it very easy to find. The apartment was perfectly clean and just as described. The host surprised us with a lovely welcome gift. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend La Casa di Alan!

Cons: The only small downside is that the location is a bit away from the city center, but it’s still easy to reach by car.

Pros: Alan's house was beautiful. Very clean and tidy. There is everything you will need. Large rooms and super comfy beds. The house has a special interior and several balconies with a beautiful view. If you want to book a house a little away from the city centre, this is the best place. It is very close to the market and is also easy to access from Mondello beach. Check-in was the simplest. The owner of the house is a very attentive and kind person. He sent us a very nice gift that made me very happy.

Pros: Ferdinando was a wonderful host and the apartment was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality, Ferdinando! ☺️

Pros: the property was really nice and beautiful. i liked that it was very clean and comfortable. the host is very helpful and responsive as well.

Cons: there is nothing wrong with the property, everything is very good.

Quite good apartment if you need to leave in this part of Palermo.

Pros: It is two minutes walk from boats marina. This is exactly what I was needed. really spacious apartment. Well maintained. Supermarket and coffee shop is nearby.

Cons: There is no cattle in the apartment. And as soon as I don't drink coffee it was not really convenient, but I solved it. I rented apartment during Faragosta time and it was a bit noisy on the street outside until 3:00 am. But it was not usual day.

Pros: Sehr helle und große Räume mit drei Balkonen, dezent eingerichtet - aber absolut alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hat sogar zum Geburtstag meines Mannes ein Geschenk vorbeigebracht. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Unterkunft kostenlos vorhanden.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay in Ferdinando was an excellent host with plenty of recommendations - he even brought traditional sweet breads one morning.

Cons: The area was very noisy at night, with lots of people hanging around outside till the early hours of the morning

Alan ist sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Pros: Sehr sauber. Sehr schön eingerichtete hoheRäume. Sicht auf den Hafen.

Wunderschön, aber einfach etwas zu laut :(

Pros: Der Gastgeber Ferdinando war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben auch problemlos jeden Tag einen kostenlosen Parkplatz für unser Auto direkt um die Ecke gefunden. Man hatte alles, was man braucht in der Wohnung und konnte von dort aus auch entspannt zum Hafen und zu ein paar Lokalen spazieren. Auch auf einem der drei Balkone kann man mit einer Flasche Wein super schöne Abende verbringen.

Cons: Leider ist die Geräuschkulisse um die Wohnung wirklich anstrengend. Ferdinando kann gar nichts dafür und vermutlich auch nichts daran ändern, aber es hat jeden Abend eine laute Gruppe Personen vor der Wohnung gecornert und teilweise bis 7 Uhr morgens Musik gehört. Zusätzlich hat man sehr laut die vorbeifahrenden und oft hupenden Autos und Roller gehört und ab 8 Uhr morgens oder so ging dann die Kirchenglocke von gegenüber im halbe Stunde Takt los. Wenn man kein Problem mit Lautstärke beim Schlafen hat, dann ist die Wohnung absolut wunderbar. Wenn man jedoch eher einen leichten bis mitteltiefen Schlaf hat, ist es leider echt keine richtige Erholung, allein durch diesen Aspekt.
