A practical and budget-friendly base in central Kalsa.

Pros: Great central location in Kalsa, with a safe and welcoming feel. Good value for money, with a spacious kitchen and living area featuring high ceilings. The main bedroom was very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, and the bathroom was clean and practical.

Cons: The apartment had some positives but also a few drawbacks. The upstairs area was very hot at night since the air conditioning didn’t reach that space, though the host did provide us with a fan which helped. The single bed could have been more comfortable, and there were some noisy nights - on the weekend the bar downstairs stayed open late, and on another night, some neighbors played loud music until 1am. That said, the terrace was a nice spot to relax, even if it lacked a bit of privacy. The local tax situation felt a little pushy, which left us with a mixed impression overall.

Cons: Sosednje so bili kar glasni čez cel teden nastanitve.

Pros: Понравилось все, объект выглядит как на фото, расположение прекрасное. Хозяин очень мил , оставил бутылочку вина, воду, хлеб и снеки. В квартире очень чисто, сама квартира очень симпатичная -аутентичная, с прекрасной террасой

La mejor estancia en la que he estado

Pros: El apartamento es precioso, nos gustó absolutamente todo. Su ubicación es inmejorable. Antonio nos recibió con unos dulces por su parte, además siempre estuvo atento de nuestra estancia. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y en 15 minutos vino para solucionarlo. Muchas gracias por tu atención Antonio!!!

Pros: Antonio è stato un host gentile e premuroso fin dall'arrivo dove ci ha accolto con dei buonissimi dolci tipici siciliani. La casa è nuova, attrezzata di tutto,molto accogliente e pulita. Situata a due passi da Piazza Rivoluzione è in posizione perfetta per visitare e godersi Palermo al meglio dalla Vucciria al mercato di Ballarò,dai palazzi storici a tutti i locali che animano la Kalsa. Consigliatissimo!
