Pros: The apartment has all you need for a short stay. We spent 5 nights and we had all we needed. The host is very friendly and caring, and also allowed us to have a late check out on the last day of our stay. Short walk to the city center and close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Cons: The area surrounding the flat at night made us feel a bit unsafe (two women travelling alone), though we didn’t have any issues. Also a bit noisy but this was not a problem as we still managed to sleep very well.

Great apartment with 2 balconies

Pros: The host was very nice and waited in front of the apartment entrance. The flat was great and very clean. The district gives you an authentic impression on how the locals live. Just around the corner you can buy groceries in the supermarket, there are also bakeries, cafes, vegetable & fruit vendors, and many more. The other advantage of the location is that you can reach all the main landmarks in the city-center in about 20 minutes by walk.

Top Lage & toller Host

Pros: Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr genossen. Anastasia, die Gastgeberin, war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat mir alles genau erklärt und stand bei Fragen sofort zur Verfügung. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist top! In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Bäckereien, und das Stadtzentrum ist schnell erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich gleich ums Eck, inklusive der Linie, die direkt zum Flughafen fährt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn ich erneut in Palermo bin.

Cons: Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Klospülung erfordert etwas mehr Druck, damit sie richtig funktioniert. Außerdem sollte man daran denken, den Boiler rechtzeitig einzuschalten, wenn man warm duschen möchte. Das ist kein großes Problem, aber gut zu wissen.

Cons: I vicini molto rumorosi ma per questo la proprietaria non ha colpa..
