Overall a good stay in Palermo

Pros: The apartment itself was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Big bed, equipped kitchen, semi-ground floor with very few steps (for those who have any difficulties), newly renovated and generally very beautiful. Closed road to residents only, that also means very quiet neighborhood. Very close walking distance from Porta Nuova (entrance to the historical centre) and a mini market within 100m. The self check in/out was really helpful too. The owner provided helpful information about it on arrival.

Cons: I will mention two things here: 1. For those who are looking for car parking, bear in mind that in our stay the private underground parking (mentioned in other comments) was not available and we had to park on the road at (residents' only) free parking which was not bad, but i was a bit anxious for finding an empty space when returning from anywhere (yes, i waited more than once) or any car damage when parked. We were also informed about it when we arrived, not earlier. 2. We had a misfortune with the toilet flush which stuck and kept the water running. The owner tried to help but it was something broken, so we had to stay 2 nights with running water soundtrack in th background.

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, sehr Zentrumsnahe gelegen. Perfekt um die Stadt Palermo zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Geschmackvoll und Modern eingerichtet.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist sehr schwierig zu finden, da in einem Hinterhof gelegen! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur über WhatsUp möglich. Schlüsselübergabe über eine offen zugängliche Zeitungsrolle. Gemietete Tiefgarage nicht zugänglich (nicht davor Kommuniziert, erst auf Nachfrage erfahren!!!) Freie Parkplätze Mangelware!

Pros: Anche se piccola la struttura è ben organizzata e completa di tutto. Grande comodità il parcheggio privato. Ottima posizione. Buona comunicazione con il proprietario. Torneremo.

Confortevole

Pros: Posizione perfetta, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Palermo. Parcheggio privato al chiuso. Casa nuova moderna e con tutti i comfort.

Cons: Il piano terra, la prima notte per colpa dell’ inciviltà c’è stato del rumore nonostante la strada fosse privata. Mi è dispiaciuto non trovare una moka per il caffè soprattutto per l’induzione. Ci vuole più attenzione al lavaggio delle stoviglie, tazze, posate e piatti non erano molto puliti.
