A spotless and well-equipped apartment with exceptionally hospitable hosts

Pros: The Ibis Lounge with swimming pool is a very luxurious and clean place to stay. It’s equipped with all modern conveniences, and upon arrival, we were treated to a nice welcome snack. Ivan and his family are wonderful people and very hospitable. We had great interactions with them, and Ivan was available on several occasions to assist us. Mondello Beach is within walking distance from the apartment (2.5 km), as are several good restaurants. From the apartment, we also did a challenging hike (10 km, 625 m elevation gain) to the top of the mountain, passing an abandoned “mafia ghost village,” a historic lookout point inhabited by a hermit, and herds of wild goats. Along the way, we enjoyed stunning panoramic views with steep cliffs, overlooking Mondello Beach, Monte Catalfano, and the Palermo coastline.

Cons: To be fair, the pool is not private but belongs to the main house. The garden and pool are on the other side of the main house, and the listing states that guests can use the pool during certain times of the day. However, Ivan told us we could use the pool all day if we didn’t mind the dogs. They are sweet animals, and we had no issue with them. Please note that the bathroom ceiling is quite low. I am 190 cm tall and could not quite stand upright.

Замечальное место для отдыха и путешествий по Сицилии!

Pros: Это была замечательная неделя в Ibis-апартаментах! Изолированный дом с собственным выходом, двумя террасами, кухня оборудована всем необходимым для приготовления любимых блюд, чисто и очень уютно. Нас встретил личный трансфер из аэропорта, в номере были заготовлены приветственные закуски, что было очень мило ) Милые хозяева апартаментов всегда были на связи и готовы были помочь в любую минуту, отдельная им благодарность за заботу и внимание 🤍 Описание и фото объекта полностью соответствуют реальности! В Монделло замечательный пляж, невероятная красота окружающей природы, рядом расположен город Палермо - сердце Сицилии - обязательный к посещению! Спасибо этому месту, мы обязательно вернемся сюда, если будем держать дорогу к Сицилии 🤌🏻

Pros: Splendida struttura a pochissimi minuti dalla spiaggia di mondello e collegata ai principali siti turistici della costa palermitana e trapanese percorrendo la Palermo-Mazara del vallo La struttura è ben organizzata, arredata e completa di ogni comfort per qualsiasi necessità, perfetta per cucinarsi un pasto nella moderna cucina e goderselo nella verandina fuoristante. L'area esterna è semplicemente stupenda, dotata di una bellissima piscina ed un'ampia area relax con sdraio e divanetti e circondata da prato verde ben curato. Il proprietario, Ivan, è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consiglio!

Relax e benessere in un contesto di pace.

Pros: Gestione ben organizzata. Ottima l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità. Flessibili e disponibili. È una piccola oasi di tranquillità e bellezza. Appartamento ricco di comfort incredibili e dal design curato. In casa abbiamo trovato molto più del necessario.
