casaLiuccia

Pros: The apartment was super clean, close to the beach, the neighborhood was very quiet. The host was very kind and supportive, explained everything in details, also left pasta and cookies for us as a greeting. We enjoyed staying here.

Cons: Nothing.

Great roof terrace.

Pros: It has a terrace enabling you to sit outside at the rooftop level. Immaculately clean and tidy. Savartore, the host, was friendly and informative. You can walk to the sea front in Mondello within 15 minutes. It is easier to take the bus into Palermo at €1.80 per person than to take a car and pay for parking. Buses run regularly, even on a Sunday.

Cons: There are no negatives but usual narrow street with parking on either side outside the property. Some might see as tight.

Amazing stay

Pros: The host waited us on arrival. He gave us a warm welcome and explanation on the accomodation and the surroundings. He was so friendly and was always reachable for questions. The accomodation itself was amazing. There was a lot of space, everything was clean. Everything was there to have a nice stay for a few days.

Cons: The kitchen was rather small (e.g. few space to cut the veggies or to put some utensils). The key to open the front door was attached to the key to to use electricity, which is quite inconvenient when one person leaves and the other stays home.

Pros: Great view from balcony, top 3rd floor. AC working properly and house well equipped. Clean and organized house. Kitchenware and utensils all in order

Cons: Not so close from train station. Like 30m walking

Lovely CasaLiuccia stay

Pros: The location of this property was about 20 min walk distance away from the beach. The host was super kind and helpful and even due to the language barrier tried to provide us with as much information as possible. Additionally, the property was very clean (even smelled clean). Two of my friends had provided non-applicable ID and the host was very kind and patient with us to wait for the photo of correct ID. The terrace was lovely to have breakfast on.

Comfortable and quaint location with good amenities

Pros: I really appreciated the transportation provided by CasaLuccia. It made arrival and departure very enjoyable and stress free.

Cons: Qualche utensile mancante e box doccia piccolo
