Excellent stay

Pros: Perfect location in Modello, close to the beachfront, a variety of dining options and food stores. Public transport to Palermo center departs every 10 min. The bus stop literally one step away from the door. Very peaceful area, and the apartment has all that one can desire.

Cons: I travelled in November, thus the weather was rather cloudy, at times raining. Yet this will be easily fixed, once the spring and summer come! Plus, Palermo offers plenty of cultural activities in any weather.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo and would love to return myself!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Mondello Sea House. Federico was extremely attentive and kind – he even offered transport to and from the airport, which made everything so much easier. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the beautiful surroundings of Mondello. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo and would love to return myself!

Cons: The only small downside was that the swimming pool season had already ended in mid-September, but that’s quite normal in Italy.

Parfait!

Pros: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare una settimana nell’appartamento di Federico ed è stato tutto perfetto. L’appartamento è confortevole, impeccabilmente pulito e dotato di tutti il comfort necessario. La posizione è ideale: a due passi da negozi, ristoranti, caffè e dalla spiaggia. La residenza è sicura e dispone di una grande piscina molto piacevole. Inoltre, proprio davanti si trova una fermata dell’autobus che collega rapidamente al centro di Palermo. Federico è stato estremamente disponibile, attento e premuroso durante tutto il soggiorno. Mondello è una località balneare affascinante e la sua spiaggia non ha nulla da invidiare alle più belle destinazioni tropicali. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Pros: Mini appartamento situato a pochi metri dalla riserva naturale di Capo Gallo. Posizione tranquilla vicino al mare e appartamento nuovo. Federico è stato molto gentile, disponibile e premuroso nell'accoglienza. Lo consiglio vivamente.
