Pros: I just got back from my holiday and I was very pleased with the apartment and people who assisted me through all this time. All of them were welcoming and ready to help with any requests. Apartment itself was clean and cozy. Equipped well for a holiday stay. I would definitely stay in it again. Flavio made an extra effort with getting us delicious local cakes.

Cons: The only thing I have noticed were rubbish at bus stop which was on opposite side of the property but I would make a Mondello's council responsible for that.

È stato un bel soggiorno e tutte le nostre esigenze sono state eseguite, ci siamo trovate benissimo con il proprietario

Pros: Della struttura ci è piaciuto il fatto che fosse un bel complesso molto curato con una bella e grande piscina. La posizione è ottimale.

Cons: L’appartamento è un piccolo monolocale ma comunque funzionale. Non nascondiamo che ci sono state alcune criticità iniziali ma l’host Flavio ha avuto una reazione immediata ad accogliere e soddisfare i nostri bisogni.

Pros: Posto strategico per vedere spiaggia di Mondello e posti vicino. Centro con ristoranti e negozi a due passi dall' appartamento. Navetta e autobus per Palermo si fermano davanti a casa. Appartamento accogliente e pulito. Host super disponibile e simpatico.

Cons: Piscina molto pulita, unica punto negativo é che era assai profonda e quindi poco adatta per bambini

Pros: Отличное место расположения. Рядом с морем и заповедником. В номере есть Wi-Fi, стиральная машина, электрочайник, холодильник, микроволновая печь, газовая печь и вся необходимая посуда. Есть горячая вода и биде. Хозяин квартиры очень приветливый. Встретил и отвёз в аэропорт. Очень вежливый и пунктуальный. Охрана и видеокамеры присутствуют

Cons: Недостатков не было. Всё было отлично

Quelques jours bien agréables avec un soleil très performant.

Pros: Fonctionnel et bien situé, non loin du bus 806 qui permet un accès rapide au cœur de Palerme. La piscine est impeccable. À 200 mètres, il y a l’entrée de la Réserve Naturelle de Capo di Gallo qui vaut le détour.

Pros: Super pulito e funzionale ad un alloggio strategico sul mare di mondello.

Cons: Unico neo, Uno dei 4 letti era un po scricchiolante ma comodo, getto doccia poco potente.

Pros: Best places I’ve stayed in a while! The room was so clean, and everything was about a 10 minute walk or less. The bus station is right outside so if you want to go into the city of Palermo it’s so easy. Flavio is so kind and answers any requests right away!

Kellemes szállás családoknak.

Pros: Szuper jó helyen van, közel a parthoz, ahol remek reggeliző helyet találtunk. A tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész volt, azonnal reagált üzeneteinkre. Az apartman teljesen felújított.

Cons: 4 felnőttnek nem az igazi, inkább 2 felnőtt + 2 iskolás gyerekes családoknak ideális. Sajnos a medence június elején még nem üzemelt.
