I would recommend it but get clear details about number of rooms required.

Pros: This apartment was great. Spacious, clean and well decorated.

Cons: Unfortunately we didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment we paid for. A sofabed was set up in the lounge area. There seemed to be an additional bedroom that was locked. Not ideal. Although staff were helpful, the check in process was not smooth with no key/access onsite.

Pros: The apartment was great, modern, very clean with all the amenities required. The location was excellent with close proximity to the train and bus station, the Ballaro Market and the City center!! Special thanks to Ruslan, our host, who took the extra mile to cater for all our needs!!! We would definitely recommend it for a family of four.

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Nice big rooms. Very comfortable bed and couch. Great location next to central train station.

Cons: Not enough amenities provided for length of stay. No early check in/check out options No options to store luggage The pictures on booking.com did not match the apartment we received. Some features, like the rooftop terrace we were expecting, were not in the building we were in.

Lovely apartment

Pros: Nice and close to the train and bus station with a lovely big kitchen. Also nice and close to the waterfront areas of Palermo. Excellent communication with hosts . Very clean.

Pros: We stayed 3 days in Palermo ,at Solemar and it was the right choice. We loved that it was located near the central station (2 min walking) ,perfectly located for people who want to explore nearby like Cefalu and Trapani like we did. The building was located near the main street, safe enough. The apartment was newly furnitured and soo spacious and clean. Ruslan helped us with any inconvenience. We enjoyed a lot staying at Solemar☺️

Cons: The elevator of the building was a bit old🤭

Pros: Firat impression was insane. 3-4m ceiling height. Great kitchen and living room. Pull out couch was average and bed was good. Great bathroom and great balcony. AC worked really well.

Excellent 10/10 recommend for a group.

Pros: Spacious, bright, clean, modern, comfortable. Lots of space for 4-6 people. Comfy beds. Effective air conditioning. Easy check in and check out. Very commutative and helpful host. Booked us a taxi and let us leave our luggage after check out. Fully equipped apartment. Location is decent, close to everything. Lidl close by.

Cons: Bring eye masks as can get bright in the morning especially if sleeping on the sofa bed.
