Speciale Apartment

Pros: Everything was great - the host, location, the apartment:)

A wonderful peaceful location in the absolute centre of Palermo

Pros: Giusi was a wonderful host, greeting and helping us from the moment we arrived, even though she was attending a meal with her family for her birthday. The flat itself is absolutely beautiful. I saw the sign for the flat in the square the previous year, and was determined to visit because of the exquisite location, and we were not disappointed. This a traditional building with beautiful furnishings and decor but with every modern convenience. It is so centrally located yet so private and quiet. I could not recommend it highly enough.

Highly recommended

Pros: Brilliant host, very welcoming and kind. Super location and very comfortable place to stay.

Pros: The location was great, close to everything. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is also easy to use. The best is the washing machine.

Cons: Water pressure was weak and the shower room was small, so it's difficult having showersl

Perfect location in a comfortable well appointed and spacious apartment.

Pros: Guisi is a lovely host who explained how electricity and access works. Washing machine was great with a quick cycle and clothes dried overnight. Water was supplied along with some kitchen staples. Space is large for a couple to relax, kitchen is handy and location is excellent. Having an iron was a bonus as these can be rare these days.Hot water was plentiful for us. It’s a very easy and comfortable place to stay.

Cons: There is too much light coming in through windows at night. Eye mask fixes this. At times people could be heard opening doors and security gates but it was just for a short time then stopped. The internal stairs are not appropriate for young children and they are rough on your feet. Not a big deal just wear socks. It’s really a terrific apartment.

Pros: The welcome and personal contact by the owner was exceptional.

Pros: We had a great stay at this flat in the heart of Palermo’s historic center. The location is unbeatable, with all the main sights just a short walk away, making it perfect for exploring the city. The host provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which really enhanced our experience. One thing to note for those traveling by car: driving through the narrow pedestrian streets can be tricky, and you’ll need to find a nearby parking spot to leave the car. But overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you want to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Palermo!

Pros: Beautiful Apartment, located very centrally in Palermo. Giusi is a nice, helpful end caring person. I really felt good and safe living there alone. The air conditioning works very well and it is quiet even though the apartment is in the city center. It is an ideal place to conveniently visit the city and its surroundings.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Pros: Super schöne Wohnung in allerbester Altstadtlage. Besser hätte ich es mir nicht vorstellen können! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Consigliato

Pros: Appartamento affascinante in una zona centralissima molto tranquilla. Vicino al mercato di Ballarò. Letto comodo. Ha tutto il necessario anche per cucinare.

Cons: Premesso che lo prenoterei di nuovo, può risultare scomodo per chi ha molti bagagli o una mobilità ridotta
