Great place to stay in Palermo

Pros: Location is excellent, right next to the marina and 2 mins walk to Via Vittorio Emanuele. Some good restaurants and grocery store were also nearby. Apartment is spacious (it is bigger than it looks in the pictures), clean, well equipped and has great balcony. Guido was very welcoming and responsive.

Cons: Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

Pros: I stayed at this apartment for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – right in the heart of Palermo’s old town, yet on a very quiet street, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The apartment was comfortable, and the host was extremely kind and attentive, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo and would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was a perfect base for a four day visit to Palermo.

Pros: Lorenzo was an excellent host who made us very welcome. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location by the marina was an easy walk from the train and bus station. It was close to all the main tourist sites, with plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby. We would certainly come here again.

WONDERFUL 🤩

Pros: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🤩Lorenzo was a great host. He let us check in early which was super nice because our flight arrived early in the morning. The flat is very spacious and very well equipped. It is close to the most important sightseeing spots and restaurants. I recommend pizza close to the apartment - “Voglia di pizza”🍕 overall we had a great experience. Thanks again to Lorenzo for being a great host.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto luminoso, spazioso, dotato di soggiorno, terrazzino, cucina con fornelli, frigo, forno, stoviglie, macchina del caffè e tisane. E' vicino a ristoranti, bar ed a pochi passi dal centro. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo dotato di ascensore. L'host è stato molto disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccezionale.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Palermo

Pros: Z uwagi na tanie loty z Polski ocenę również napiszę o po polsku :) Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, w apartamencie jest cicho biorąc pod uwagę inne lokalizacje a mimo wszystko, wszędzie jest blisko. Gospodarz jest bardzo pomocy i pozostaje cały czas w kontakcie. Serdecznie polecam, obiekt jest chybaniem na booking więc nie ma co zwlekać bo będzie tylko drożej :)

Apparemment spacieux et très bien situé mais la cuisine est à réaménager.

Pros: L’emplacement près du port dans une petite place calme est très agréable. L’appartement est spacieux et bien agencé avec un balcon bien exposé et sans vis à vis. L’accueil de Lorenzo est réactif et utile pour un premier séjour à Palerme.

Cons: L’équipement et la propreté de la cuisine sont insuffisants, (matériels et ustensiles ) pour le standing annoncé de l’appartement. L’eau chaude n’est pas garantie ( cuisine et salle de bain).
