Perfect Palermo Apartment

Pros: This lovely apartment is in the perfect location to explore the wonderful historical part of Palermo. The apartment is clean, cool and equipped with everything you need. Vincenzo is a great host, who provided us with lots of information and recommendations. He also kindly let us store our luggage on our last day so we could explore some more before leaving Palermo. We hope to return here again!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Pros: The location was fantastic, it was just a few minutes walking from all the important places in the city. We also took a rent-a-car which we could park almost in front of the building. Vincenzo the host was great, he picked us up from the airport although the flight was 3 hours delayed.

Cons: We were in Palermo during very high temperatures, up to 40 during the day and 30 during the night. The apartment has AC, but the problem was it was very loud, and it was too hot to not keep it on all night. So we had to compromise between the AC and being hot during the night which was a bit difficult some nights.

Pros: Exceptional place in the heart of the historic center in Palermo, was a 10 minute walk away from practically everything which was very convenient. Very clean and had whatever needed for your stay. Our host Vincenzo was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to give us good tips and recommendations of where to go and how things work in Italy.

Great location and welcoming host!

Pros: Great location, great host! You are right in the middle of the city with great recommendations from your host. The studio looks good, in a renovated building.

Cons: The bathroom has no window, so the humidity stays in the apartment. This made it hotter than normal, but we also traveled in the middle of the summer and it was already very hot outside. AC is installed, but not that efficient.

Perfect apartment in historical centre with very nice owner

Pros: The room was very spacious and was well equipped. Good location in the historical centre. Owner was super lovely and took us through a whole bunch of recommendations of things to see and do.

Cons: Air conditioning wasn’t super effective but was okay. Shower just needs a bit of a deep clean.

Pros: Apartment well located, clean and very spacious. The host was very kind and helpful, even when we need fondue a space to park our car. I recommend it to anyone looking for a stay close to all the tourist attractions, making it easier to get around

Pros: Vincenzo (the host/owner) is very welcoming, helpful, communicative (fast responses) and the accommodation is very close to the historical city center. The area was also quiet at night so you get relatively good sleep compared to other parts of the city.

Wonderful stay in the middle of Palermo

Pros: Excellent location in beautiful building. Very lively neighborhood in the very center of Palermo. Spacious apartment with very good furnishing. Vincenzo made sure that we were comfortable and found our way. As I wrote before, this is a very lively neighborhood. You will hear the sounds of Sicily on the street while staying here, but don’t let that discourage you: It’s impossible to stay in the center of Palermo expecting otherwise.
