Recently renovated apartment, great for short stay!

Pros: Very clean and recently renovated apartment perfect for a short stay - very comfortable bed! The balcony was great and a lot bigger than in pictures. The staff were incredibly helpful and very quick to reply. The location couldn’t be better- just a few steps away from the busy streets.

Cons: The only downside is that the beautiful wooden windows have no isolation at all unfortunately - this means that you hear everything very clearly that happens outside - it was quite hard to sleep during the weekend when there was a bar open downstairs.

Pros: Great location, clean, comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. Great value for money

Pros: Lo mejor es sin duda la ubicación. El apartamento es pequeño pero cómodo y limpio. La cama muy cómoda. Acceso independiente y todo funcionó perfectamente.

Cons: El techo de la ducha estaba roto y el mando de la ducha también. No había papel higiénico. Pero en general muy bien todo!!! Recomendable

Very good stay in Palermo

Pros: The apartment is located in the historic center, very close to Fontana Pretoria, Piazza Bellini and Quatro Canti. The street is a bit narrow. It's worth mentioning it's located next to a very good jazz club with live music. The apartment is at the 4th floor and it can be reached using an elevator. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Since our flight was late in the afternoon the host allowed us to leave the luggage and return later.

Absolute Empfehlung

Pros: Ideale Unterkunft, um Palermo zu besuchen. Absolut zentral, in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. Zimmer sehr gemütlich, geräumig und sauber mit tollem Balkon.

Non poteva andarci meglio.

Pros: Tutto positivo. Edificio centralissimo, ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi. Appartamento pulito, molto luminoso, con possibilità di fare colazione in balcone. Ideale per due persone, noi eravamo in tre ed effettivamente stavamo un po' strettini. Ma comunque siamo stati bene, ci torneremmo se dovessimo visitare di nuovo Palermo. Personale puntuale, gentile, disponibile. Abbiamo trovato acqua, cialde per il caffè, e tutto l'occorrente nella zona cottura. C'è un pub vicino che fa musica dal vivo ma a mezzanotte in punto interrompono la musica e torna il totale silenzio. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Cons: Tutto positivo. Semmai suggerirei un sistema più agevole per la gestione delle chiavi. Se una persona resta in camera ed una esce, si è costretti a scendere per aprire la porta a questa seconda. Ma è proprio un piccolo dettaglio.

Apparentemente accogliente e vicino ai punti di interesse

Pros: Appartamento pulito e le foto rispecchiano a pieno la struttura. A 3 minuti dal centro e la via è tranquilla senza troppi rumori notturni. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile tramite whatsapp a rispondere a tutte le esigenze e a fornire dettagli sui punti di interesse e ristoranti tipici. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Pros: L'appartement est situé dans le quartier historique de Palerme, rénové avec goût, le balcon permet de se détendre après une bonne journée.
