Great apartment
Pros: It was clean, had a kitchen and washing machine, comfy beds, and parking. The host was very responsive and fast. There were 3 balconies, and the apartment felt spacious. We liked it a lot. You need a car to stay here, but worth it to be away from the chaos of Palermo.
Cons: There was construction in the building that was really loud late into the evening. Once we informed the host, that evening it reduced drastically, and stopped the next evening. The kitchen table could be bigger, trying to fit 4 people and bowls of food was very tight.

Overall our stay was very good indeed.
Pros: The apartment was very nice indeed and everything that we had been led to expect. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was a mini market a few minutes walk away which was also useful for everyday shopping.
Cons: The location was not ideal, being a 20 minute walk to the centre of Monreale. Anyone with limited mobility would have had a problem as car parking in the centre is impossible.

Our first trip in Sicily.
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Monreale Duomo was stunning. From our apartment to Palermo Duomo, it's just a 20-minute drive. We've been in Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Agrigento, Erice, Cefalu, Enna, Villa Romana, dele Casale, Catania, Taormina. Sicily is a beautiful place to visit. People are very friendly. Driving in Sicily is easy!!!

Pros: The apartment is cut and comfortable. The location is good for people with good walking abilities (if they don't want to use a car). There is a free parking space provided.
Cons: It would be good if the owner would replace the coffee maker, the seals are old and coffee cannot be made with it. Adjusting the hot water in the bathroom was difficult to achieve.

Pros: La posizione è molto facile da raggiungere in macchina, proprio sotto a Monreale. il parcheggio incluso e sotto l'appartamento è stato un grande bonus. L'appartamento è spazioso: eravamo in 5 persone e c'era molto spazio libero. l'host è molto responsivo
Cons: probabilmente stanno facendo dei lavori sul tetto del condominio e un giorno hanno iniziato presto la mattina ad usare il trapano. Ne abbiamo parlando con l'host, che ha risolto subito il problema

Pros: Puikus šeimininkas, operatyviai išsprendžia problemas. Labai geranoriškai nusiteikęs, neliko abejjngas mūsų prašymui. Labai rekomenduoju apsistoti jo apartamentuose, nes erdvu, švaru, patogu. Butas per visą aukštą. Yra balkonai keli su įspūdingu vaizdu į kalnus, miestą. Šalia yra puikios picerijos ir konditerija. Pėstute apie 15-20 min. kelio į Monrealės katedrą, centrą. Labai erdvus ir nemokamas parkingas atskirame kiemelyje. Saugiai laikėme nuomotą automobilį. Nepasigailėsite😉👌
