Beautiful villa, great hosts
Pros: We loved everything about our stay here! The villa feels welcoming the moment you walk in – bright, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. Our apartment was super clean and cozy, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace every morning. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and being close to all the action in Mondello and Palermo. The hosts were amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready with recommendations. Honestly, it felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s beautiful home. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing views, clean and well kept apartment.
Pros: The views on the sea are spectacular. You can jump into the water walking less than 5 minutes. Nicely they provided us with some basic food, saving us from an immediate visit to the supermarket.
Cons: Nothing. People should be aware a car is needed to visit Palermo or to arrive the apartment as public transport could be tricky.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this very nice villa! We were the only guests, so we had the entire premises to ourselves, which made for an incredibly peaceful and private experience. The location was quiet. We met the host upon arrival, and he was very helpful throughout our stay, providing us with keys and assistance whenever needed. We were also pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket filled with essentials for cooking some easy meals, as well as some sweets. The villa itself was lovely, and there was plenty of space for parking, which was convenient since we had a car. Driving in Palermo, however, is another story altogether! Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this villa to others.

Pros: Thank you again, Beppe and Roberto! Everything was so nice from greetful and careful owners, beautiful gardens, and a lot of spaces if you want to be alone for a while), to the smallest detailes in our villa.It was lovely time spending in beatiful villa! 🥰🌴🌳🤽♂️😇👍
Cons: Everything is OK but if you travel with children better rent a car or you need to go by bus every time).

Pros: The villa is beautiful, perfectly clean, comfortable, very well equipped, good wifi, TV. etc. Welcome basket on arrival, coffee maker, drinks in the fridge.:) Everything is very demanding, they pay attention to the small details. Comfortable bed, air conditioning in every room. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace, the garden and the view is fantastic. We went with our own car in order to see as many places as possible. The villa has its own closed parking!:) We spent 5 nights here, but already on the way home we planned when we could go back.:) And the hosts, Beppe and Roberto and their family are fantastic, friendly, helpful! They where sympathetic from the very first moment, it was felt that they do everything to make us feel good. Thank You everything, Istvan and Kata!

Pros: Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich, sehr herzliche Menschen, Beppo, seine Frau und natürlich Roberto! Wunderschönes Anwesen, atemberaubende Panorama, sehr sauber.

Un petit coin de paradis
Pros: Un formidable séjour dans un petit coin de paradis ! L’emplacement est un véritable havre de paix, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un jardin absolument magnifique, très bien entretenu. L’intérieur de la maison est chaleureux, agréable, un joli petit cocon où l’on se sent bien. Beppe et son entourage (Silvana, Roberto, Loredana…) ont été adorables du début à la fin : gentils, disponibles, attentionnés et toujours prêts à aider. Merci pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance ! Une belle parenthèse que nous n’oublierons pas. 💛☀️

Semplicemente perfetto.
Pros: Villa stupenda tra vegetazione bellissima. Padio in cima ad un giardino bellissimo con vista mare dove poter gustare un aperitivo al tramonto. ( Aperitivo ci dovete pensare voi), anche se un cesto di benvenuto ricchissimo di prima necessità lo gravate in cucina. Vacanza stupenda.
Cons: Assolutamente nulla tutto perfetto dalla pulizia alle comodità.
