Quiet peaceful appartement

Pros: Nice quiet and very comfortable space. A bit outside the centre but very easy accessible by car. Kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, 2 bedrooms with double beds. Very nice sitting area outside with lots of privacy.

Beautiful stay on a very calm house nearby the beach and sea

Pros: The house was very comfortable and clean, included all useful amenities to accommodate comfortably for 2 or 3 people. Special mention to the host who were especially helpful in both being available for check-in and providing a lot of advices on where to go in both Mondello and Palermo. Lovely experience there and we would gladly come back.

Cons: The view is very nice but on the trees rather than directly on the sea. It is no issue since the shore is only a couple of minutes away and the sand beach of Mondello nearby in car.

Highly recommended for any kind of tourists, including families with children.

Pros: This child-friendly house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful location. It's cosy, clean, very nicely furnished and well-equipped with everything a tourist may need for their vacation (including air conditioning and WiFi). The host was very nice, kind and helpful. We had a minor issue with the WiFi and he fixed it straightaway. The closest beach is Lido Addaura but the village of Mondello and it's beautiful beaches are only a few kilometers away. Other facilities such as shops and supermarkets are available within a couple of kilometers range. Since public transport is not that reliable, having a car is recommended, which can be easily parked in the yard in front of the house. We spent a wonderful week there and, should we decide to come back to Mondello, we would be happy to return to Casa Perciata.

Cons: Honestly, nothing to mention here.

Nice, comfortable with a good atmosphere

Pros: Located at a quiet and nice place under the rocks of Mondello at the end of a dead-end street. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything ( tableware, doswashing liquid, washing powder, towers, garbage bags, etc.) Chiara the host was very helpful all the way trough from the time I made my reservation months before our journey until the end of our stay. Eg.: Her husband gave me a lift to the car rental office in Mondello so that I did not have to walk but basically no matter what I asked her about she helped. The terrace is gorgeus, comfortable and is in shades until late afternoon so you can relex there without being burnt by the sun. As mosquitos like to be there too I recommend to by a mosquito repellent ( the one which makes smokes). You need to know that nothing is a comfortable walking distance from the apartment so you definitely will need to have a scooter or car.

Cons: A microvawe oven was missing for us to warm up milk for the coffee. The backroom does not have a window so to get fresh air was a biz tricky: either we left the entrance door open, but then mosquitos flew in ( electric mosquito repellent is also available though), or we used the standing fan sometimes combined with the air-condition in the front room to get the air moving. Wi-fi signal was usually weak so it was not suitable to stream films but even loading web pages sometimes did not work out either.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Perciata and can recommend it to everyone. We were delightfully welcomed with a very reliable driver at the airport (and back) and our kid and we were enjoying our holidays in the appartment and terrace. It was well equipped and very comfortable.

El alojamiento está bien no cumplió lo comprometido de vista al mar.

Pros: El espacio exterior es muy agradable. Instalaciones completas. En general a pesar que los dos dormitorios es uno dividido.

Cons: Se reservo con vista al mar lo cual no tenía al estar en planta baja. Por eso le bajó puntaje al no cumplir lo que indico la reserva .

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Pros: Eine tolle Familienunterkunft die sehr gut ausgestattet ist um mehrere Tage bei Palermo zu verbringen. Es gab eine sehr schöne, private, große und gemütliche Terasse. Man kann dort die Ruhe genießen und ist in nur 10 min mit dem Auto am Mondello beach. Nette Restaurants in kleinere strände die ruhiger sind, gibt es in der Nähe. Die Zimmer waren gut. Haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt in der Gegend.

Cons: Kleine Dusche mit Vorhang. Klimaanlage nur in einem Schlafzimmer (Ventilator im kleineren Sz.) Sonst alles top! Eingangstor vor dem Haus zu laut beim öffnen

Pros: Appartamento molto confortevole, provvisto di tutto il necessario. La terrazza è il punto forte! Completa perfettamente l'appartamento. Sfruttatissima dal nostro bimbo avendo tutto lo spazio per giocare in sicurezza all'aria aperta.

Cons: L'unica pecca è che non è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi, ma in 3 minuti di auto ci si arriva.

Pros: Eine große halb überdachte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und gemütlicher Sitzlounch. Viele Pflanzen ringsum und daher angenehme Privatsphäre. Mückeschutz ist vorhanden. Sehr sicher, da Kamaras und doppeltes Gittertor noch vor dem Zugang zur Terrasse sind. Der Bus fährt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Zeiten sind aber eher +/- zu sehen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min. im Ort bzw. Supermarkt.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist doch recht dunkel da Fenster nur nach vorne raus vorhanden sind. Auf der Rückseite kommt direkt der Berg. Da man sich im Sommer aber eh überwiegend auf der Terrasse aufhält ist das durchaus erträglich.
