Pros: Nice and spacious accommodation, suitable for a large family, very quiet place, not far from a nice beach and a 5 minute walk, Guiseppe always helpful, accommodating and always reachable on the phone, he promptly solved a small problem with electricity. I can only recommend it.

Cons: It would be a good idea to replace the gas stove with an electric one, otherwise the equipment is sufficient even for a longer stay.

Amazing location

Pros: Amazing location on the hill above the beautiful Guidaloca beach, 5 minute walk to the beach. Lovely views and outdoor terrace. Air conditioning was great as it got to 40 degrees while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with olive oil, balsamic etc for cooking. Giuseppe was very helpful and recommended local restaurants. Would love to come back!

Pros: Our stay at the villa was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations! Giuseppe, the manager, was amazing—friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. The owner was also very helpful and made sure everything in the villa was in perfect working order. The villa is spacious and comfortable, with three large bedrooms, two big bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a generously sized living room. It had everything we needed to prepare meals—we especially enjoyed making spaghetti and grilling fresh fish. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief during the hot weather. Without it, the heat would have been unbearable. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing and worry-free stay.

Great location, very spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with spices, EVO washing powder etc.

Pros: Guiseppe met us at the property to open up for us, show us around and hand over the keys. We arrived slightly early but he came through to meet us as soon as he could.

Pros: Beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, lots of space. We were with three small kids (0.5, 1.5 and 3.5yo): it was safe to let them play inside the apartment, outside and on the terrace
