Great place

Pros: beautifully renovated little house. Ideal location for the harbour and city, just a few minutes walk from everything. Plenty of space for 3 or 4 ( double bed in one bedroom, bunk beds in the other) and two bathrooms available. For us we really liked it and it was perfect for a couple of days in Castellammare.

Cons: Really nothing significant. Parking can be a little difficult close to the house but we found alternatives easily enough. If there is live music on in the harbour area you will here it quite well. Just a couple of things that could make the place even better 😉 a microwave for the kitchen, and in the bathroom some surfaces to put things on.

Pros: Ļoti labi, ērti un vienkārši. Vieta lieliska, pati vieta skaista un no tās uz visām pusēm lieliski apskates objekti.

Cons: Mazliet mājīgāks iekārtojums, kā sienas pulkstenis, kāda vāzīte, paklājiņš, pakaramais, kur novietot āra drēbes, mazs galdiņš. Bet viss pārējais - lieliski! Super Paldies!

Buon soggiorno, come punto di appoggio per visitare il golfo

Pros: Struttura con i comfort necessari disposta su 2 livelli. Ottima per 4 persone, noi eravamo in 6 quindi abbiamo usufruito del divano letto nella zona giorno ed eravamo un po’ stretti, ma benissimo per soggiorni di breve durata. Cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario. Abbiamo molto apprezzato i vari consigli. La posizione essendo in zona ZTL è vicinissima al centro storico e al porto turistico, in 5 minuti di camminata si raggiungono i vari punti di attrazione, negozi e ristoranti. La spiaggia del paese dista circa 1.8 km, ma è un ottimo punto di appoggio per raggiungere le spiagge più lontane in macchina

Cons: Zona ZTL in salita, non comodissima se si hanno dei bimbi o disabili perché non raggiungibile con la macchina. Mancanza di parcheggio vicino l’appartamento, se non lungo la strada verso il porto (circa 350-400 metri dall’ appartamento) dove il proprietario ci ha consigliato accompagnandoci gentilmente, non a pagamento. Se questi non disponibili ci sono parcheggi a pagamento in zona porto (5€ giorno parcheggi comunali, 10-15€ parcheggi privati). Consiglio: sarebbe veramente utile mettere a disposizione un pass per gli ospiti perché renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più confortevole
