La Perla Bianca

It was a very nice house to stay in....but the shortcomings detailed above need to be addressed.

Pros: Air conditioning worked well throughout the property. The house was really close to the port & the centre of town The kitchen area was very big & balcony off it a very nice to have breakfeast. The hosts were very nice people !

Cons: We were unable to locate the property for over an hour late at night. When we did with the help of locals, there was no one there with the keys & no note of explanation on the the door....the street sign is is on the wrong side of the corner & could not be seen in the dark ...being too high up & unlit. The carved wood lettering has no contrasting colour so it is impossible to read ! Added to that, There is no signage what so ever to identify the house as 'La perla Blanca' We were at our wits end & thought we had been scammed until the people showed up eventually...saying they had been delayed. A sign outside the place & a note upon the door would have been of great comfort to us.. We woke up the next morning to a power outtage ...so we were unable to brush our teeth or flush the toilet as we had no running water. There was air conditioning either...& we had to stay there all day until the problem was addressed late afternoon...so we lost the first day ! The lock for the outside shutter / security door was extremely stiff & very difficult to open...we had to stop closing this security door for fear that we would be locked out of the house. This lock urgently needs to be sprayed with lubricant. There was no kettle or toaster ...nor Steam Iron provided. A kettle is an essential item...as pouring boiling water from a pot is dangerous when wearing shorts & sandles !!! Pillows were very bad...

Pros: Super mieszkanie w centrum miasta, blisko restauracji i portu. Bardzo wygodne, z duża kuchnia i super tarasem. Kontakt z właścicielami bardzo przyjemny, wszyscy byli bardzo pomocni. Polecam!
