Amazing views over ocean with access.
Pros: Magnificent views! Pool and our own steps down to the ocean for a swim. Car parking 10min by train to Palermo. Aspra a beautiful little local town

Pros: Both apartments were clean, comfortable and well equipped, and Roberto was a helpful, communicative and generous host. The views were exceptional, but what made our stay truly unique and memorable was the direct access to the sea, and the opportunities to swim around and across the bay.
Cons: The only thing - and it’s very, very minor - is that all the keys, including the power key, are on one key ring and can’t be separated. Otherwise, nothing!

Excellent sea side holidays
Pros: This villa is excellent for sea side holidays. Stunning see view, particularly during sun sets. Swimming pool and private access to a small, but virtually private beach are superb. Transparent water with big rocks is perfect for diving and snorkelling. The place is also perfect for relaxing swim. It is working distance to nearest village Aspra with lots of excellent sea food restaurants. And it is also easy to get to Palermo from the local train station (about 1.5km walk).
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Amazing view , brilliant pool and beautiful garden.Roberto the manager is extremely helpful and polite and does everything he can to accommodate your needs .
Cons: The second bedroom is very small and uncomfortable, way too many stairs to access the villa,( definitely not suitable for elderly or people with disability)if you need a cleaning during your stay it coast €50, the owner comes and stays in the villa while the guest are there,the \

Stunning view
Pros: We adored stunning view. Sounds of the sea were amazing. We would definite get back there if we will come again to Sicily one day. The host was helpful and responsive. All the instructions were nice and clear. What I really appreciate 👍 The villa was ready for us even if we book completely last minute. As an information for future tenants: - there are many stairs - to the villa and inside as well - the parking gate is quite narrow so keep it in mind as you rent a car. We have had a Cupra and it was perfectly fine.

War für eine Woche OK
Pros: Lage und Aussicht der Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Blick auf das Meer und Richtung Palermo mit den Bergen im Hintergrund war toll. Auch der grosse Balkon mit Liegestühlen und Tisch war ideal. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt - das Wetter war eher kühl und somit auch das Wasser entsprechend. Dier Ausstattung der Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.
Cons: Das inkludierte Frühstück bestand aus Konfitüre und Zwieback - für uns Schweizer etwas sehr dürftig. Kaffee / Tee etc. war von Vormietern vorhanden. Der Geruch im Bad war eher unangenehm, dauerndes Lüften war notwendig - die ist Dusche sehr klein. Warmwasser ist aber immer in genügender Menge vorhanden.

Erholsamer Urlaub, für eine Top-Bewertung müsste aber noch etwas mehr gemacht werden.
Pros: Die Lage mit eigenem Meerzugang ist sehr schön. Die Technik (Klimaanlage) hat sehr zuverlässig funktioniert.
Cons: Die Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, war aber sauber. Es sind viele verschiedene Schlüssel notwendig um alles zu erreichen. Die Treppen der Außenanlage (und das sind viele) waren voller Putz und Laub. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war manchmal etwas kurzfristig bzw. Manche Info‘s haben wir gar nicht bekommen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und der Service über WhatsApp war überaus freundlich.
Pros: Der hauseigene Meereszugang und das nahezu private Pool. Beide angebotenen Apartements haben direkten Meeresblick. Das Pool war äußerst sauber und wird regelmäßig gewartet.
Cons: Einziges Manko sind die vielen Stufen, aber für nicht-beeinträchtigte Personen sollte dies kein Problem darstellen. Keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit am Gelände, lediglich Parken an der Duechfahrtsstraße am Straßenrand.
