Beautifull apartement with lovely seaview terrace.

Pros: Lovely apartement with views of see and city. You go out from the apartement direkt to the Big terrace with comfortable furnitures to sit in and to eat. Panoramic view of Aspra Beach and the Bay of Palermo. Just in front of the apartement was a beutifull smal sandy Beach with clear water and good for svimming. We liked everything at this place

Pros: This is a very well equipped and beautifully presented apartment. It has huge, well furnished terraces and the wonderful views are unbeatable. The apartment is a short walk from the waterfront with its cafes and restaurants. Free car parking was available nearby.

Cons: The access is quite challenging with quite a few steps and a spiral staircase.

Pros: I had an amazing stay in Aspra, Sicily, and this apartment made the experience truly unforgettable! The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The real highlight was the breathtaking view from the terrace — located right by the sea, it offered stunning sunsets and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our host Giuseppe was incredibly kind and helpful — he picked us up from the railway station and also helped us return when it was time to leave. His hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, warm hospitality, and unbeatable views!

Relaxing

Pros: View was amazing. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was perfectly appointed and had everything you could want including extra’s from host that you would not expect. Not a problem for us but just note there are lots of stairs so if mobility is an issue this is not for you.

Cons: Nothing, it was fantastic and host was very easy to work with and helpful.

Wonderful base for chilling, swimming, and visiting Palermo and northern Sicily.

Pros: Compact, but very comfortable and well-equipped apartment with an absolutely stunning view over Palermo bay. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us. The kitchen had everything you need to cook if you want to. The two patios (one with a BBQ) were perfect for ending hot days, watching the sun set over the bay with a glass of something cold. We didn't use the local beach, but a small cove, about a 4 minute walk away, was ideal for swimming - there's lots to see underwater! There's a small supermarket a short walk away, and lots of decent restaurants, and the fresh fruit and vet stall on the waterfront was a great resource. I would definitely recommend taking the train into Palermo rather than driving - easy to park near the station.

Cons: Parking over the weekend was a bit of a struggle, but once we knew the area a bit better, it was much easier.

Pros: Aspra is beautiful town, with friendly people. We felt safe there and everyone was nice and helpful. It is great starting point for exploring Palermo. We also had a trip to St. Elia (nice little town with beach 5km away) and Cefalu. The flat is beatiful with two terace and nice view. It felt like home and we didnt want to leave.

Cons: Carefully with kids, as there are steep stairs in the kitchen. We needed to block the entrance with wardrobe from child room. Also i dont recomend for everyone with disabilities, as there are plenty of stairs.

Pros: La terrasse avec vue sur la mer et Palerme. Le panier de bienvenue garni de pâtes, confiture, lait,biscuits etc. C'était top. L'appartement était spacieux.

Cons: Pour accéder à l'appartement il faut monter 47 marches dans un escalier super étroit et en partie en colimaçon. Pour des grandes personnes et en plus avec des bagages c'est très difficile.

Pros: posizione ottima, vista mare favolosa ,. confort in casa c'era praticamente tutto quello che servirebbe in una casa il signor Giuseppe padrone di casa ci ha accolto dandoci molte indicazioni anche della zona . ci tornerei sicuramente.

Cons: la scala.

Pros: È stata una bella esperienza, l'appartamento molto curato nei dettagli e molto pulito, con vista meravigliosa dalle due ampie terrazze. Ringraziamo il signor Giuseppe per la sua gentile ospitalità. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni molto piacevoli sentendoci a nostro agio. Porteremo con noi un bel ricordo.
