Villa Gaia - Scopello-Villas

Gorgeous family stay in Scopello.

Pros: Beautiful villa nestled in the Sicilian countryside. The villa had everything we needed. Stunning view so we the hills and water. You can walk into the village in about 15 minutes (fine during the day but not very safe when dark at night). The Zingaro nature reserve starts about a 20 walk away from the villa and is a 100% must do for a day when staying here. Julia’s communication and kindness was very much appreciated. When we arrived late at night, she drove us into the village to get some pizzas which was very kind of her. She was easily contactable at any time via what’s app.

Cons: You would need a car if staying in this property for more than a couple of days. It is also situated down a steep hill which was fine for us but bear this in mind when booking. Some toiletries in bathroom for guests would be a nice addition to the villa.

Dejligt hus, fantastisk udsigt. Giver ro i sjælen.

Pros: Fantastisk udsigt, kun kort gå afstand til strand. Fint hus, god rengøring. Huset fungerer godt med indretningen. Fin, lidt lille pool. Alt i alt et dejligt hus, ikke så god mobildækning i området,men husets wifi fungerer godt,

Cons: Vi havde anmeldt vores ankomst mellem 19-20, værten var noget sur da vi kom 19.30, noget uforståeligt, og også noget urimeligt, men vi fandt ud af det.

Pros: Superbe villa, vue incroyable paradisiaque Cuisine d’été et terrasse sur la mer Proche plage eau turquoise

Cons: Présence d’un sanglier dans le jardin Beaucoup de guêpes

Lovely villa in Scopello area

Pros: Great size for the apartment, and the room was very cool with the air conditioning. We loved the views and having a private pool. The apartment had plenty of cooking supplies and TVs and wine to purchase. We loved the place and we would stay again and recommend it.

Cons: There was a small ant problem in the kitchen. Even with no food on the counter, the ants come.

Pros: Très bon emplacement , logement au calme , très belle vue ….

Perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Entspannen

Pros: Sehr schönes kleines aber geräumiges Haus- ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht- inmitten eines liebevoll angelegten Grundstücks und mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht 🤩

Cons: Was für uns vorher leider nicht ganz transparent ersichtlich gewesen ist, war die Zahlung einer Kaution von 300€, die wir aber auch beim Auszug zurück erhalten haben. Desweiteren wurde beim Auszug eine Gasrechnung von ca. 70 Euro fällig (da es dieses Jahr zu Ostern außergewöhnlich kühl war und wir an 3 Abenden die Heizung eingeschaltet hatten). Das stand zwar auch im Kleingedruckten eines Vertrages, den man gleich zu Einzug unterzeichnen sollte, von dem man aber leider keine Kopie bekam, um alles in Ruhe noch mal nachlesen zu können. Es wäre schön gewesen, diese Informationen bereits bei der Buchung zu wissen, um die Gesamtkosten besser abschätzen zu können. Der Fernseher zeigte auch ein etwas merkwürdiges Bild an und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden, aber wir waren ja nicht zum Fernsehen da 😉.
