Very nice and cool place to enjoy with family and friends.

Pros: Very nice place to stay, quiet and easy access by car, meet all the expectations. Host Luigi is very kind and answered all the questions quick and always asking if we were comfortable and in need of something. Really recommend. All the amenities were working and no complaints:)) You just need a car to do everything and visit places :)

An idyllic stay in a beautiful house. Really well appointed and a fantastic pool and gardens.

Pros: Lovely quiet location. Beautifully appointed villa in beautiful grounds. Luigi was a great host - always felt he wanted you to have an amazing time . The villa was below Monreale but had a supermarket, baker, butcher and fish shop ( mobile within 200-300 metres. Would really recommend staying at Villa Tiziana.

Pros: Swimming pool but temperature could be higher. Outside sitting area was nice.

Cons: To get there, the roads were very narrow. I wish restaurants were closer.

Cons: Rien !
