Exclusive Palm House near the beach

Pros: Very nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very welcoming and gave good recommendations.

Cons: The kitchen lacks some cooking equipment and there were not sufficient glasses and cups for the whole group. Two beds were decently comfortable but one mattress was very hard and uneven to sleep on.

Amazing villa in a peaceful setting, with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Wonderful hosts

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was very relaxing and quiet location. Nice spacious accommodation, lovely outside veranda, and just a short walk down the hill to a beautiful beach. Giuseppe and Giovanna were amazing hosts. They kindly met us on arrival (1.30am) even though our flight was delayed and offered us excellent advice through out our stay. They were truly fantastic hosts.

Excellent

Pros: Everything was absolutely excellent. Starting with the hosts, witch were extremely welcoming with us, considering the fact that we arrived at 3 a.m. at the location. They waited for us with local food&wine, making the experience even better. The Villa is located near the private beach, making it easier for us to sunbathe. Very clean, with a big yard, a spot for barbecue in the back of the house and 2 bathrooms + an extra shower outside were perfect for a group of 4 people. I highly recommend it for everyone who wants a good place to spend their vacation.

Pros: A Perfect Sicilian Getaway! We had a wonderful stay at Villa dei Palmi, just outside Balestrate. The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained — perfect for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights was the direct access to a beautiful private beach, just a short walk down the main alley. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the owners, Giovanna and Giuseppe. They welcomed us with genuine warmth and generosity, offering delicious local treats and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, privacy, natural beauty, and such heartfelt Sicilian hospitality. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Villa dei Palmi to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the best of coastal Sicily.

Great place for a short or long stay

Pros: Lots of room to cook, stretch out, relax and enjoy the local area

Pros: Very comfortable house with plenty of space and very nice terrace outside. 3 showers are extremely good for bigger families - saves a lot of time. All rooms have air cons so you can feel very comfortable inside no matter how hot it is outside. Sea is just few minutes away with very calm sandy beach which is never overcrowded.

Cons: This is really nitpicking but few more medium sized cups and kitchen gadgets would be a nice touch - like spatula and chef knife
