Pros: Everything amazing! Clean, nice breakfast. Amazing owners!

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean, changed towels every day, very good location; few steps to the beach. Also, the room was quiet and have air conditioning if you wanted. Furthermore, the breakfast was very good in a beautiful top terrace inside but you could be outside too. As a family run hotel they were fantastic; they recommended few restaurants which gave us discounts and the communication was always very prompt and efficient.

Pros: Very nice family owned hotel. Very clean, feeling at home.

Pros: All was high quality, hosts were very helpful and welcoming, good breakfast and premium materials.

Cons: Balcony lateral view is not worth the extra money.

Cons: All good but would have liked a kettle in the room. However the family were helpful and we could order tea to the room.

Pros: This is a rare finding...The place was great, very close to the beach. This is a family owned and ran hotel. Dad Salvo, Mom Stella, and their three children, Soraya, Simona and Stefano. It used to be Stella's grandparents house which they turned into a boutique hotel in 2016. The tasteful details throughout the property is a testament of the great deal of pride in their hotel. Each room is well decorated and very comfortable. The place is extremely clean, the breakfast buffet is rich and offers a variety of salty and sweet foods, with lost of the items home made by the family members. Everybody is kind. They would go out of their way to be helpful and make your stay wonderful. They provided us incredible suggestions on places to eat ( one better then the other !), and assisted us to select excursions and places to visit. We felt more like house guests than people staying at a hotel.

Cons: Everything was excellent! Nothing that we did not like.

Pros: The location was really great , it was really close to the sea and to the restaurants and shops.The staff were great they helped us where they could like ordering a taxi and were very friendly.It was all very clean and tidy and the breakfast was good.Would come here again and recommend this to anyone in the area.

A wonderful small hotel with many pluses. Highly recommend it for an enjoyable stay in San Vito Lo Capo.

Pros: Neat as a pin and close to the beach. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with very pleasant decor. The buffet breakfast was absolutely fabulous and guests spoilt for choice.

Cons: A lift to the first floor would have been handy. But a nice family member of the owner helped us with our heavy bag.

Pros: The Hotel is very clean and the decoration is beautiful. The family and especially the Lady at the Reception, Soraya, was always very helpful. Everybody is very friendly and try to make your vacation as perfect as possible.

Cons: The rooms are very small and you can hear everything on the street. But also, most of the time you will be outside enjoying the great scenery, so it's not that important. Only tip is to bring earplugs, if you wake up easily.
