A very nice, comfortable apartment, with great facilities

Pros: Nice tidy apartment that had all of the facilities that we required.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped, with plenty of kitchen utensils, refrigerator, air conditioning and a TV. The bedroom is large with a nice bed and chairs. The central station is an easy 10-minute walk away. The historic center, where there are several tourist attractions, is also within walking distance. There is also a mini market right in the corner with good prices. The apartment was clean, and self-check-in made it very easy.

Cons: The only annoying thing was the frequent power outages. Since it was summer, I had to use the air conditioning a lot, but I couldn't use other things at the same time. To take a shower or use the coffee maker, I had to turn off the AC, otherwise the circuit breaker would trip.

Pros: Big, comfy, clean and good location for people who dont want to be in centre and close to central station.

Cons: It is on the groundfloor and glass is not transparent so you dont see outside. The space in front could have furnitre for eating out n hanging out.

Cozy apartment close to the center of Palermo

Pros: The apartment is located very close to the historic center of Palermo, so you can get everywhere on foot. There is a Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans train station nearby where you can catch the train from / to the airport. Our room was clean, kitchen well equipped and the owner helpful and polite.

Cons: High humidity in the apartment

Its a good value for money accommodation in Palermo.

Pros: The property was really clean and well prepared for check in. The owners are very friendly and they make sure you are welcomed. Kitchen has all the facilities for cooking, plus iron and hairdryer. Very convenient!

Cons: In overall I had a positive experience, but beware of street noise. I would recommend taking earplugs for sleeping for this trip.

Appartamento bello, comodo, moderno e pulitissimo, ottima posizione, ma non molto silenzioso

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, recentemente rinnovato, spazioso per 1-2 persone, pulitissimo, tutto funziona alla perfezione. Posizione ottima vicina al centro e all'università. Collegato bene con autobus e fermata del treno.

Cons: Appartamento abbastanza rumoroso, posizionato al piano terra, in prossimità di una strada molto trafficata ad ogni ora. Insonorizzazione scarsa, spesso rumori provenienti anche da appartamenti vicini.

Einfach super! Sehr zu empfehlen. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen

Pros: Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber und modern. Wenige Minuten zum Zug (Verbindung Flughafen). Supermärkte, Café und mercato di Ballaro in der Nähe. Palermo centrale auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Aber auch mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Super Self Check in.

Cons: Etwas hellhörig. Aber das ist auch ziemlich normal in Italien.

Perfect verblijf voor een citytrip.

Pros: De locatie is dichtbij het historische centrum van Palermo. (Loopafstand) De bedden zijn uitstekend en de waterdruk perfect van de douche. De slaapkamers zijn stil ondanks dat je aan een drukke weg zit. De bakker en de supermarkt zit om de hoek. Een aanrader voor deze prijs.

Cons: Je zit in een omgebouwde garagebox en de inrichting is minder sfeervol dan de foto’s doen geloven. Maar als je de woningen van de omgeving bekijkt, is het juist netjes en verzorgd. Het is maar hoe je het bekijkt.
