Pros: magnificent view of the mountains, very close to the sea, spacious yard and plenty of space, everything is clean. The owner was very friendly and attentive, he treated us deliciously and was kind.
Cons: the house is big, so it’s cool there (in January) in the summer there shouldn’t be such a problem

Pros: Very cozy house placed just in the middle of busy area. First impression- how could you build such nice house with big territory in the middle of urban area.
Cons: You have everything there what you need. Quite difficult to find the place itself as you need to go through closed parking area to reach the place. Dont rent big car- no chance to drive there through narrow streets

Pros: The house has a huge garden in ths middle of the city with trees, the grill, chairs, hamock and deck chairs. The house was really nice and it was clean when we came. I'd be a plesoure to stay longer!
Cons: A bad thing about this apartment that its a bit out of town and you need time to get to the Palermo city centre, expecially because the buses are super irregular. The beds can also be uncomfortable.

Una oasi in mezzo alle case
Pros: Lo spazio esterno bello, peccato che facesse molto caldo in questi giorni e ci fossero molte zanzare fuori. Bagno comodo Stanze anche Host davvero gentili, disponibili e veloci a soddisfare ogni necessità
Cons: Cucina grande ma non molto attrezzata. Consiglio di mettere qualche pentola tazza coperchio accessorio ecc in più Anche le forbici non ci sono Nelle camere servirebbe qualche appendino a muro per vestiti e asciugamani, un comodino e una lucetta Il divano letto in sala è abbastanza impresentabile . Da cambiare! Una oasi in mezzo a case...(Peccato il casermone di cemento abbandonato di fronte, ma tutto sommato non rilevante)

Ampia casa con giardino, parcheggio e salotto ottima per famiglie e gruppi
Pros: Proprietari disponibili e flessibili nella consegna delle chiavi. Casa grande, spaziosa, curata e pulita. Bagno comodo e confortevole, letti e stanze buone e grande salotto con cucina attrezzata. Giardino con ampio parcheggio e alberi da frutto.
Cons: Il vicinato è periferia con stretti vicoli difficili da attraversare con grandi macchine o van. Tuttavia, se non si ambisce a stare in un quartiere di attrazioni turistiche e locali, questo non provoca alcun disagio.

Pros: Près de la plage,barbecue,transats,parking privé, propriétaire Francesco très gentil et réactif ,tout était parfait 👍👍👍👍
Cons: La clim peut être juste pour les chambres,une seule dans la pièce centrale mais comparé au reste ce n' est qu un détail

Logement paisible avec bel extérieur en pleine ville proche de la plage, super !
Pros: Accueil sympathique et communication efficace et rapide. Le logement est très convenable pour un séjour d'une semaine. Super salle de bain et appareils électroménagers pratiques. L'extérieur donne tout son charme à la maison. Le parking privé est sécurisé et l'on peut se garer à l'intérieur sur la terrasse à côté du logement. L'hôte a été à l'écoute durant le séjour et a su nous aider et résoudre les quelques problèmes rencontrés.
