Pros: The house was very clean with plenty of space for us all. Great to be close to the beach and restaurants. Rosas daughter met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There were a few things which needed fixing, in particular the broken furniture on the terrace.

A lovely relaxing, authentic place to spend a holiday
Pros: Lovely property - clean and spacious for a family of four, on site parking, huge outdoor spaces for eating and sunbathing. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Two bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. The property is air conditioned, which in the summer months would be essential. The location is great - one block from the beach and a cafe/bar/gelateria. Short walk along a flat, beachside path to the town centre where most of the restaurants are, plus boat hire, pharmacy and supermarket. The town retains its charm, despite being a popular tourist destination.
Cons: Nothing. We loved it!

Perfect stay in Mondello!
Pros: The spacious villa is perfectly located in the center of Mondello, close to the beautiful beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything you need for living and even more (washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, air conditioning, barbecue) is available in the accommodation. The garden is beautifully landscaped. Rosa and Giulia are very welcoming and respond immediately to any request. We really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: everything was fine :-)

Pros: Відмінне розташування. Привітні господарі. До пляжу декілька хвилин. Там же є кафе зі смачною випічкою та різноманітними стравами. До найближчого супермаркету 5 хвилин пішки.

Pros: La casa era pulitissima e super accessoriata di tutti i comfort. La Signora Giulia è stata gentilissima e nonostante nn è stata personalmente presente,ci ha fatto sentire bene accolti anche dalla madre ed è stata presente ugualmente per qualsiasi richiesta via chat. In casa si è trovato tutto l'occorrente e nn mancava di nulla!
Cons: L'unica pecca,se vogliamo chiamarla così, è stato il lettino per la bambina ,che per motivi di spazio era nel soggiorno e quindi,separato dalle camere da letto al secondo piano.

Pros: Beste Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Beach und Restaurant sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen
Cons: Wir hatten während unseres Urlaubs 2-3 mal einen Stromausfall.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man sowohl am Strand als auch bei einer Bäckerei.
Pros: Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren zehntägigen Aufenthalt mit Freunden. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Wohnung äußerst sauber und gepflegt war (Bis auf das Geschirr und Besteck, das haben wie dann nochmal sauber gemacht). Mit zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern und zwei modernen Bädern bot sie genügend Platz und Komfort für uns alle. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die vielen Terrassen, die uns die Möglichkeit gaben, gemütliche Abende im Freien zu verbringen und den Blick auf dem Dach über Mondello zu genießen.
Cons: Es gab nur eine Kleinigkeit, die uns nicht so gut gefallen hat: Das Geschirr und Besteck waren leider nicht immer ganz sauber, als wir ankamen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn hier etwas mehr Sorgfalt auf die Reinigung gelegt worden wäre. Und es sind dort sehr viele Mücken. Abgesehen davon war die Wohnung jedoch in einem tadellosen Zustand und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gemacht.
