The hostess was extremely kind, the place was overall absolutely fantastic, and we recommend this stay to anyone visitin

Pros: The place was extremely clean, the private parking was so useful and convenient, the two toilets were a perfect addition. It had all the needed amenities like hairdryer, kitchen utensils, a stove, a fridge, mosquito wall plug, shower, towels.. The bed was really comfortable as well and 2 pillows for each person were highly appreciated.

Cons: Light sleepers might need earplugs as sometimes the noise from the street can be heard, but that’s it.

Great apartment and host

Pros: Very new and lovely apartment and interior. The apartment is on two levels, the stair can be secured by an optional gate for kids. The small terrace on the backyard is very peaceful. The apartment has everything you need. Francesca is a great host and always helpful and has even offered coffee, water and fruits on our arrival.

Cons: Everything fine.

Excellent value for money as Palermo is quite expensive on accommodation particularly at festival

Pros: Beautifully clean with a good outdoor space which we used several times as we brought items back from the food markets and local bakeries. Good explanation of facilities and a map provided.

Cons: Location just a bit too far from the centre and taxis were very expensive. A bread knife would be a good addition as the local bakeries are excellent.

Pros: We had an amazing stay in this beautiful and confortable house in Palermo where we felt like being home! The house is well equipped, the beds are very confortable and the terrasse is beautiful. We also really appreciated the possibility to park our car at the private parking next to the house. Many thanks to our host who was very welcoming and always available to answer our questions !

Amazing stay, great parking, would book again

Pros: Francesca was very helpful, gave us a tour of the house beforehand and had some fruits for us. The room was great and was everything we needed after a day of exploring the city. No complaints about the room!

Cons: Private parking was good and convenient, although the entrance is quite narrow but that’s not an issue if you go slow.

Our stay in the apartment was exceptional

Pros: It was amazing for a couple. There were a beautiful and clean bathroom and toilet for us. The Kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom was also so clean. Both the first floor and the second floor were air-conditioned. The little terrace was great for breakfast and for dinner. The apartment’s location is great. We could go to the city centre by walking but you can take a bus as well. The owner of the House is so kind she helped us a lot. At the end we could recommend this apartment for anybody.

Pros: The hosts were super kind - Helping us navigate to the nearest metro station and then picking us up from it. We often watch videos on Italian properties and one of our favorite things is ceiling with exposed wooden beams, which this property had! Having a small restroom on the upper floor was very convenient for not having to go downstairs in the middle of the night.

Cons: Neighbors were noisy, but mostly during the day while we mostly weren't there (do quiet down at night).

Heerlijk!

Pros: Ons ontvangst was super door Francesca! Ook het contact verliep soepel. Het was zeer schoon en echt een super mooi verblijf. Fijn dat de auto achter de poort geparkeerd kon worden

Cons: De weg naar de parkeerplaats is nogal smal, dus let op met brede auto’s

Pros: La struttura è ottima per un weekend (ma anche di più) alla scoperta di Palermo. La camera da letto è ampia, la cucina ben fornita, e il bagno molto comodo. La proprietaria è stato davvero molto disponibile, rispondendo celermente alle nostre richieste, anche tardi la notte. La struttura è in una zona tranquilla della città e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, davvero comodissimo per visitare Palermo!
