Pros: Great, modern and spacious flat, weil equipped, very nice owner, location close to the center. Free parking in the street took a bit of patience, but possible.

Cons: We were charged 35 Euros for cleaning, which is stated in the legal notes of the accomodation, but was not very obvious while booking. In the first night the smell of desinfection or room perfume was very strong, but faded away afterwards.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and just in the right spot in Palermo. Owner is a very kind and helpful person. He made us feel very welcome 😊

Nice comfy bed.

Pros: Clean and everything we needed was available. The toilet was huge and looks new. The kitchen is cute, the bed is comfortable, the disco lights in the shower was fun. Lots of towels provided. Dario was amazing. He communiated by whatsapp and given us tips to restaurant and places of interest. He also gave us some nice yummy cakes. The place is coveniently located few minutes outside the gate of the old town.

Cons: The unit was in the corner of the building with busy roads on both sides, therefore you will need earplugs and eye mask because some window shutters dont close properly. Headlights of the vehicle passing are like dancing lights inside the bedroom. Blackout curtains would do well. ,

Pros: Although there was a bit of a language barrier with the host, we could get the basic info from him regarding the property and he also went the extra mile to give us some tips on what to visit, where to eat, etc. He also insisted we meet up for a drink on both nights, and we're sorry we couldn't make it as we were very tired at the end of the day. The property is clean, spacious enough, well equipped with everything we needed and very close to the center. Dario also helped us with finding a parking space in a parking lot very nearby (2 minutes walk), although I found the price to be quite steep.

Cons: Sound proofing is pretty bad and nights in that area can get pretty wild with scooters/cars passing by with music blasting at around or even past midnight.

Pros: The owner was very welcoming and super nice, he gave us a full guide of the best things to do in Palermo! Strongly recommend✓✓

Spacious and excellent accomodation near the city centre

Pros: ZA HOUSE is highly recommended! The apartment is very spacious, with a kitchen in beautiful Sicilian style, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet (both very large), and the bed is super comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the main tourist street in Palermo. About 100 meters from the apartment there is a very safe parking lot for €15 per day. Dario, the host, welcomed us warmly, showed us everything in the apartment, and even walked with us to the parking to explain everything in detail and help us with the staff there. He also sent us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and cafés in Palermo – our favorite was the beach bar Nautoscopio (definitely don’t miss this place if you’re in Palermo!). On top of that, Dario not only welcomed us perfectly but also took us out for a local street food lunch! Grazie Dario for everything – we’ll see you again next time we’re in Palermo!

A good choice if you go with your partner!

Pros: We arrived late, hence Dario, the host came to the airport to pick up us. We were really happy with his warm welcoming and friendly attitude. In addition he also brought us to a local street food place and welcomed us. He also showed us a couple of attractions around the apartman and he was also constantly online through whatsup and recommended us some further top sights and restaurants. I recommend to take his suggestions as he is a true local and know where you should go to have a good Palermo experience. Furthermore, de apartman was really clean, well set up, with a good location, near to the historic city center but not in the noisy middle. If we came back we would stay at Dario again.

Pros: ZA HOUSE was our best choice! The apartment is well equipped. You can easily prepare dinner there :) The owner, Dario, was very helpful. He gave us a lot of tips, where to go, eat, drink; booked a parking (very close to apartment). We highly recommend!
