Villa Sara

Family vacation.

Pros: Everything was perfect we enjoyed our stay in Villa Sara. We recommend to others 💯

Cons: It was written that is disability access and ground floor but it was not true because to enter there were 4 steps. For me that I couldn't walk it was difficult because my husband had to lift me up.

A value for money stay set in a good location

Pros: The location of the property was great, very close to amenities and train station. The property was spacious, with parking and a nice outdoor area.

Cons: The property is split into two units, one unit at ground level and another one at first floor level. They both share the same entrance, parking and entry / exit route. Therefore it is not very private and can be loud at times.

Pros: Lokalizacja w spokojniej okolicy, niedaleko od głównej drogi. W pobliżu trzy dobre sklepy. Euro Spin, Conad o ARD. Spokojnie miejsce, Mieliśmy cały dół domu dla siebie. Dużo miejsca, 3 sypialnie, dwie łazienki i kuchnia połączona z salonem. Właściciel przyjechał mimo późnej pory. Ogólnie bardzo fajne miejsce z pięknym i zadbanym ogrodem. Jest i grill, którego użyliśmy raz, ale było bardzo fajnie. Klimatyzacja jest centralna, więc było trochę gorąco ale jak pochodziła trochę to było ok. Za domem z tyłu jest altana z pralką. Jest też w apartamencie zmywarka. Ogólnie bardzo przyjemne miejsce do spędzenia wakacji. Niedaleko są dwie plaże. Jedna jakieś 500 metrów, niestrzeżona, druga około kilometr. Fajny spacer. Na tej plaży mamy bar z napojami i drinkami oraz kuchnię. Trochę okrojoną ale jest pizza i panini. Głodny człowiek na pewno nie będzie. Ceny są umiarkowane. naprawdę wielka pizza kosztuje od 14 euro. Taka dla 4 osób.

Cons: Nic.

Optimale Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss auf einem schönen abgeschlossenen Grundstück, auf dem wir auch parken konnten. 2 Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, auch Strand, Mini-Markt und Bahnhof. Die Wohnung war komplett mit allen Gerätschaften und Möbeln eingerichtet, wenn auch manchmal minimal.

Cons: Eine Heizung war vorhanden, aber nur nach Erklärung vom Eigentümer am nächsten Morgen nutzbar. Ein Bedienhinweis für die Heizung auf dem Blatt für den WLAN-Code wäre hilfreich. Die elektrische Kaffeemaschine funktionierte leider nicht. Es gab (noch) keine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen u.a. Verbrauchsmaterialien. Ein Wasserkocher war nicht vorhanden, nur mit Topf konnte Wasser erhitzt werden..

Una bella vacanza

Pros: La villetta è ben curata, fornita di vari elettrodomestici, tra cui lavatrice, lavastoviglie e microonde; è arredata con buon gusto e con mobili nuovi. La piccola piscina nel giardino (curatissimo) è stato uno sfogo prezioso per i bambini ma non solo. Proprietario disponibile, simpatico e prontissimo a risolvere i piccoli problemini che si sono presentati durante il soggiorno.

Cons: Una stanza era troppo piccola e non climatizzata, una coppia ha sofferto un po' il caldo, nonostante il ventilatore fornito. La cosa che veramente è andata male è che la villetta, anche se ciò era stato espressamente richiesto e specificato telefonicamente (non al proprietario, ma a chi gestisce i rapporti x booking.com), era troppo lontana dalla spiaggia. Ciò ha creato qualche disagio con i bambini, ma soprattutto a una persona anziana con difficoltà a deambulare. Avremmo gradito maggiore chiarezza e oggettività...

Pros: Ruhige, entspannte aber doch zentrale Lage. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach cefalu.
