Al Baglio

Pros: Fantastic apartment very close to the beach. Located in the centre of town, close to cafes, restaurants and the main beach/ocean views. Great base for exploring the town or enjoying a few quiet days on the beach.

A lovely apartment modern clean and very convenient to the main centre.

Pros: The apartment was modern clean and comfortable. The rear of the property has a small table and chairs. Perfect for morning coffee and a wine in the evening. Just a short walk to the main thoroughfare and its cafes bars and retail shops.

Cons: it was quite dark inside the property. But was much improved when doors and shutters could be left open. I rarely did though as it opened directly onto the street. The street wasn’t very busy but i was not comfortable leaving the doors open for long. There is major building work being carried out further along the street consequently it could be very noisy at times. This would most likely be a short term problem.

Pros: L'accoglienza, l'arredamento e la location

Pros: Beautiful location and very helpful host. Close to the city beach and historical centre. The apartment was clean and also had a nice backyard.

Cons: Could need some more tools for cooking, like knifes, spatula and cutting board.

Amazing property, highly recommended

Pros: We stayed at Al Baglio for 5 nights and couldn't find anything to dislike. The location is in the centre of the old town, very quiet yet 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and shopping on Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi and beautiful piazza Petrolo. Communication with the host Nino was perfect, he met us, handed the key and showed around. The property itself is modern and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is fully functional, clean and modern. There is a small patio at the rear of the property where swimwear can de dried. We had fabulous stay and can't praise Nino and his family enough for their hospitality. Castellamare is highly reccomended as a base to visit nearby beaches and Zingaro natural reserve. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Castellamare. Thank you so much, Nino!

Cons: Everything was perfect

Very nice stay!

Pros: Everything! In the nice location, completely new, good facilities!

Cons: My boyfriend didn’t like the mattress, pillows and the sheets. I suggest to exchange sheets to cotton ones. Nothing special

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect, couldn’t be any better. Furthermore, the apartment is very clean and quite spacious. For us, parking the car nearby was easy (and free). When we encountered any problems or questions, we were answered helpfully within minutes.

Cons: We didn’t like the bed. It was quite uncomfortable, I think mainly due to the type of bedding used. Probably using a different mattress protector (less plastic and synthetic) and cotton sheets could help. Of course this is a personal preference.

Very good location, great owners, clean rooms

Pros: Everything was wonderful! Antonino is a very helpful and nice guy , he helped us a lot.
