Pros: Nice apartment with large terace and garden in a vila. Safe parking for motorbikes. Beach just 100m away.

Cons: There was a leak in bathroom so I wrote to the host next day (that there was a little bit of water in bathroom floor yesterday...? It looked like from the toilet? And there was no key in the other unlocked door that goes outside from living room.). And he wrote back to me that \

Pros: Close to the beach, private, clean area. Lovely and helpful owner. Train station also close to the house.

Cons: When driving a car in centre be careful when park you're car as ticket will come . :(

Pros: Location was OK, outside of the city, quiet place close to the sea. The house was great, our girls enjoyed the garden. The host was very nice, waiting for us with the keys and explaining us everything.

Cons: Equipment in the kitchen was basic. We did not want to cook, but if we did it would have been rather difficult.

Basic amenities but perfect for a simple vacation by the beach.

Pros: Raymundo was helpful in showing us around and explained everything related to the villa clearly. The apartment itself is a short distance from a nice beach and is perfectly designed for a holiday by the sea, with plenty of space to chill in the shade. The equipments are basic but OK. The apartment itself was clean and in good condition. Be aware that no soap, shampoo, cooking oil or kitchen salt are provided so bring your own. Unfortunately, we were going there as a midway stop between Cefalù and Palermo in April so we didn't get to hang at the beach but I would imagine it to be very pleasant in the summer months.

Cons: The baby mattress had many stains - providing a waterproof cover would keep it in a better condition. The bed was not the most confortable and the bed linen felt a bit shabby. Leaving a box of cooking salt in the kitchen would be a nice addition.

Pros: Our stay at Villa Letizia was wonderful! The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the sea, and surrounded by greenery — perfect for relaxation. The garden is beautifully maintained, with great outdoor spaces to enjoy. The rooms were clean, bright, and well-equipped. The hosts were very kind and provided all the necessary information. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back! The only downside was the lack of a trash bin inside the house, which would have been helpful.

Pros: Good location, nearby the beach, clean apartment,the host was very kind. If we ever visit Sicily again, we will definitely come in this apartment.

Pros: The host was really helpful and friendly, the house is on a great location, the rooms are nice and cosy. The only problem was that there wasn't enough toilet paper, no soap in the bathroom and in the kitchen there was no salt, oil or coffee.
